You can get a tow truck to take it where you want to take it.
I'm assuming you want to dispose of it permanently...call a junk yard before calling the tow truck, to find out IF they will take your car and what you need to do (paperwork) to make that happen.

Contact a metal recycling company, or salvage yard.
You may have to call an officer for a abandoned vehicle if you do not have the title.
They will tag it for 30 days - if nobody claims it, you get a slip from the cop, saying it is yours - then you can dispose of it however you want to.

Hopefully you have the title. Many salvage yards will remove free or even pay a small amount for junk cars. Good luck.

Pick up a news paper, you'll find many ad's in the classified part, they will pay you and take car away, or you can Donate your junk car and receive a tax-deductible receipt in Rhode Island just go to link.
