I live in Missouri and the mobile home's VIN plate has been completely removed by a prior owner. I have the VIN number but there's no plate. I would like to apply for a lost title but the Highway Patrol needs the plate to read the VIN number to accomplish this task. Thank you very much. I don't know where to go to order a new VIN plate.

I let my friend barrow my car, and she let an uninsured diver drive it. The uninsured driver crashed my car. She gave the police my insurance information.

What's going to happen? Will my rates go up? Who will pay for the damages on my car and the other car?

How about this - a fortnight ago my husband was coming off a roundabout in our picasso and a solicitor lady went into the side of him and spun his around and now contesting the claim - we are due to get our car back next week.
In the meantime he bought a G reg bmw in the auctions, got it mot'd and repaired and insured to keep us going while we wait for the picasso then we would sell the beemer.
Today at another roundabout someone hesitated in front and my hubby braked too late and skidded into the back , that car propelled forward into a 4x4 so it had damage front and back. Our car was ok. Might be half our fault and half not.We swapped details and stuff. Can ayone warn me what might happen to our insurance? We have both driven accident free for 7 yrs previous to this ad had protected no claims. Thanks. All I can think of is the pound signs building up!!!

Yesterday it rained like crazy. Bout maybe a foot of water. My car is about that height maybe even a little lower. I didn't drive it though, I'm just curious if it would have damaged my car and engine. I'm a newbie. Been driving for 5 months. Will have my license on June 18th :) Thanks

I got 2 points recently for "failure to yield". I just paid the fine instead of fighting it since I did go through a red light, although it was pretty close. My insurance is up soon. How much will this make my premium go up per month? I think i'm paying about $150 right now

My mom bought a van from a small town dealership. They gave her a 3 month warranty on the van through a company called Eagle warranty. NOW the van's transmission has went out (within the 3 months). She called the dealership and they said there is nothing they can do and the warranty company said they had nothing to do with it.
WHO can my mother contact for this situation.??. other than a lawyer...like who could she report this to? She has the paperwork and etc.

Well, my dad owns a 1959 TR-3 Triumph, and also a 1981 Delorean. I will be turning 16 soon, and I plan on purchasing car insurance so I can drive a 2006 Hyundai Sonata to school and around town. The problem is..

I want to be able to occasionally drive my dad's Triumph TR-3 around town, to school, on nice days, etc. Maybe only on weekends, that kind of thing.

The problem is, I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on car insurance for a car I won't be driving very often. I read that there is a "cents-per-mile" program which is essentially a prepaid insurance card and you buy insurance for blocks of miles and it keeps track on a special odometer. Can someone please shed some light on that subject? I live in Oklahoma if that's of any importance.

She's the only one who got hurt. Broken ankle and will be off work for at least 6 weeks.

1. Can she make a claim against his insurance co for lost wages, medical, etc.?

2. She has medial insurance, can she get any kind of medical reimbursement or not use her insurance at all.?

3. She is mostly worried about the lost wages, not trying to take her boyfriend to the cleaners or make out on insurance. He was driving, but she took the rap and said she was driving (he was drinking she wasn't). will that make a difference since she now was "supposedly" driving the boat? There was a police report.

4. Who calls his insurance company, does she get the information and make a claim or should he call and report it.

Any other information would be appreciated.

i was banned for drinking driving for 2 years 3 years ago i regret it,im ashamed of it and i dont condone it any way.since my ban expired ive been trying to get my license back .i was charged £75 to renew it and told id have 2 pay £93 for a dvla medical which i accepted without question as i had done wrong.4 weeks after the 1st medical i received a letter telling me i would have to take another test this time for drug use even though i have not taken any drugs for the last 7 years.i took the 2nd test and waited 4 more weeks then got a 3rd letter telling me my urine sample wasnt suitable for testing and that id have to take another medical!its been 4 months since i took the last test and i still have not heard anything. i phoned the dvla and have constantly been told that the medical board are still making their decision about whether im medically fit to drive.whats bizarre is the dvla have told me that while im waiting im allowed to drive!has anyone else had this grief from them?
