A replacement is usually the same price as the original title was. It varies from state to state, but $5 - $20 is typical.

The absolutely free reverse vin check sites generally provide fake information. To get real information, money will have to be paid. The free searches provide fake information so they can get your email address to send spam.

Stay away from shady reverse vin check sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse vin check site like http://www.reversevincheck.net that has been around since 1995.

It's only 20 dollars. If you are the registered owner and the title has no liens just sign the MV902. Include copy of your NY DL and a pre-paid self-address envelope

most certainly, the vehicle is in your name, you should have a registration in the vehicle if so go to any dmv and show them the registration and your identification and explain the lost the title part, they will make another title and send it to you, they do charge for this and if you find the other title destroy it, it has been removed as far as being any good because of the new title issuse you. now...if you donot have a registration... simply write your vehicle license number down and have your drivers license in hand and go to any dmv and do the same as bove, done this a billion times, easy. good luck.
