Depends upon what you mean by a provisional license. If it's a learner's license as in the UK, then you must have an adult in the seat next to you at all times. They must generally be 21 or older and have held a full driving license for at least 3 years. In this instance, you may NOT operate the vehicle without an adult in the seat next to you as noted above.

If it's a restricted driving license often now issued in many states in the US then you'll have to abide by whatever restrictions are imposed by the state. Normally going back and forth to school would be OK but you may be restricted to no more than one under-18 in the vehicle with you.

Hi I'm a UK instructor answer one is right you need someone responsible ie 21 and over with a full UK license of three years or more........BUT ineed the points more than him

yes you can because its a license and its just provational meaning that your just going to get your points doubled up and that you have to wait some time so that you can get your real license but ye you can drive any where.
