No. Those tow companies suck.

probably not, but the towing company might keep/get/ or find someway to keep you away from your car

They can also bring charges against you in a small claims court.

These are all of their options, and they will use any of them. Usually what they do is get the biggest deush bag driver to stalk you, and wait until he can just take the car to their impound lot. They have more sucess with this method than going to court.

This also depends if they are a service the city uses. So if they are in bed with your local government, I would say you should pay them because they might be hooked up enough to make you driving life suck for awhile (or at least until you pay)

Tips: If you have a garage, park your car in it with the door securely locked.
Repomen/tow truck drivers cannot break into your house to retrieve your car, but they sometimes try. **Remember TOW TRUCK DRIVERS ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH, AND THEY ARE USUALLY EX-CONS**
That being said, if they try and break into your house that is when you get to shot them or atleast get them arrested.

Obviously you cannot sneak up behind the guy while he is picking the lock and blow him away, but if he gets into your garage then technically he has broken in and now entered, which means that he is a criminal. Now you can shoot the S.O.B.

I know I have explained a lot more than you asked for, but I am an advocate of exterminating tow truck drivers that troll areas to steal people's cars so they can charge you $200 to tow it across the county.

Not your license, but you could lose your car. There are laws on the books that would allow a repair shop or towing company to put a lien on you car and possible repo it if you don't pay them.

No. But you will loose your car. Towing companies don't issue licenses. If you don't pay a ticket you can loose your license. If you don't pay the tow they will impound you car til you do.

no, you won't loose your license over this. The issue is payment not that you violated traffic rules like driving under the influence of alcohol. If you dont pay, however, they will keep your car and charge you more the longer you keep it with em. Your car might get rusty and dusty and it is not good for engine not to drive your car for long.
