It was totally not my fault, but I feel some pain now. If I go to the hospital to check it out and get an x-ray, will I have to pay for the hospital visit if there is no significant injury?

My father was a NASCAR DRIVER (JIM HARNESS). He had sent me to multiple driving schools and I had been going to these classes for about 6 years! I did not recieve a DUI, nor do I drive badly,my problem was interstate racing. I own a 2004 mustang cobra convert.(600 hp) that is highly moddified. I payed for my car by the way. I acknowledge and understand why they had revoked it for soo long but I have a family and my grandfather that I take care of as well as work. So please do not come on here and criticise my driving skiil or what not...... I really understand the premise of a "HARDSHIP" License and I even bought an old Ford pinto lmao,to punish myself and keep me from further adrenalin pumped supercar races,so trust me I was part of the Elite Mustangs car club and I understand how costly the whole illigal racing scene can be......So again please do not criticise! I just need to know how hard is it to obtain a hardship license in the state of Florida,What the process is,Limitations, etc

My yearly insurance policy statement states that I took out a premium loan. I have no knowledge of either asking for the loan, or recieving the money. I asked for an explanation and wasn't given one. I asked for a list of transactions for the last few years and they sent me information going back only 2 years. The 'loan' was taken out earlier than this, so I still have no explanation. I'm on a disability pension and can't afford to pay the loan off. What are my rights? Do you have an explanation?

I know I'm stupid, so please hold back on letting me know that fact. Anyways, He lives about 800 miles away now and won't pay/return calls. I know where he works/lives, but what will I do If I show up in town and he can't pay? It's not worth going to jail over. Do I have any legal leg to stand on without a contract? If so, who do I contact?

They didnt tell me that I was supposed to keep the old permit, so when i went back to see what they could do, the dmv manager looked up my old permit on their systems, and she signed the back of my ew permit say " old permit destoyed in error" with her signature on the back. When I go to take my driving test next month, am i going to go through a bunch of trouble because i dont have the old permit, or should i be okay as long as the managers signature is on back of my permit?

Also if I go on my dad's insurance within the 3 years will that go towards my no claims?

I was wondering if points that you get from a traffic violation as an out-of-state driver gets seen by your insurance company in your home state. If you don't know, is there a way I can find out by searching online?

On saturday night, sept.9, around 10pm, I was driving southbound on dranesville road,.

Anyway, we were turning left onto wiehle avenue from Dranesville, but the light was red so we stopped. (he was infront and i was in the car right behind him) Then, we got the green ball/green arrow to turn left so we started into the turn. He was about 20 feet away from me, but while I was into the turn, an oncoming suburban ran the redlight and hit me almost head on.

The guy that hit me is claiming that he had a green light. I know i had a green ball and green arrow and my friend infront of me also told the cop on the scene we had a green ball/green arrow. The police report just says that we are both saying we had green lights and it says there are *no witnesses* although my friend was right there in the car infront me. (he heard the accident but didnt see it because he was infront of me, under 20 feet away). This guy clearly ran the red light but is lying and saying it was green. Also, on the pol
