My father was a NASCAR DRIVER (JIM HARNESS). He had sent me to multiple driving schools and I had been going to these classes for about 6 years! I did not recieve a DUI, nor do I drive badly,my problem was interstate racing. I own a 2004 mustang cobra convert.(600 hp) that is highly moddified. I payed for my car by the way. I acknowledge and understand why they had revoked it for soo long but I have a family and my grandfather that I take care of as well as work. So please do not come on here and criticise my driving skiil or what not...... I really understand the premise of a "HARDSHIP" License and I even bought an old Ford pinto lmao,to punish myself and keep me from further adrenalin pumped supercar races,so trust me I was part of the Elite Mustangs car club and I understand how costly the whole illigal racing scene can be......So again please do not criticise! I just need to know how hard is it to obtain a hardship license in the state of Florida,What the process is,Limitations, etc

Well, it sounds like your license was revoked (not suspended) for Habitual Traffic Offender. After one year, you can apply for a hardship license. You'll need ADI school. Contact the Administrative Reviews Office where you live.

Don't try to impress anyone with the Pinto story. I had a 71 wagon with a well modified 2.0 liter Pinto engine that ate up most muscle cars of similar vintage. It was good for 220 HP on the dyno and with that power to weight ratio it was pretty hard to beat.

you're making it sound as though the guy have been given pulled over on purpose just to screw you up, which strikes me as a especially egocentric thank you to ascertain issues. (the nerve of her, getting pulled over on an identical time as i grew to become into interior the automobile !!!). It additionally isn't sparkling from the question to what quantity this journey grew to become into led to by making use of your involvement, did you be responsive to that the license grew to become into suspended and did you convince the guy to force, to illustrate? based on the limited nfo, I say sure, of direction i'd purchase the present if I had meant to realize this formerly the incident (and perchance i'd be lots extra probable to get that contemporary, as a sort of reimbursement for the hardship I led to, if I had something to do with the circumstances maximum suitable to the incident). i've got faith that i'm fortunate i'm no longer your BFF.

Since you did the crime, do the time. You can drive again when the 5 years is up.

Obviously the experience didn't teach you much if you went out and bought a car to drive knowing you couldn't.

Try contacting the DMV down there and see what you need to do. Might need to talk to a lawyer too. You're not one of those guys that passed me on the right shoulder going down 75 where you? :)
