Yes and the points are based on the state you incur the violation. For example, Virginia is pretty harsh when it comes to speeding. They consider 15 mph over the limit in a 65 zone as reckless driving and not a normal speeding violation. It'll cost you more points than if you did the same thing in another state.

I'm gonna agree with everyone who says yes. It makes sense because if someone ran out of points, they can just go to another state where they can repeat their idiotic driving habits like drinking and driving.

Yes, they count....no matter where you are. States share info with each other, and insurance companies find out.

They do, and they can cancel your insurance if you neglect to tell them about out of state points. I can constitute fraud on your part since you are signing that the information you furnish is true and complete.

lol nope, actual being a Mortician we do no longer likely get any specific privileges whilst it is composed of the regulations of the line till we've police escorts. have confidence me I even have been pulled over employing a hearse.
