If you have collision coverage, the damages will be covered, less your deductible. It doesn't matter if you have a police report or witnessed it.

you decide on 2 issues: - finished coverage motor vehicle coverage, meaning you have got criminal accountability coverage and complete and collision. you would be concern to pay a deductible in case you have one. - A police checklist. in maximum circumstances, in case you have finished coverage and can get a police checklist, then sure, you would be coated for the damages. Witnesses are reliable to have too, if obtainable.

If you carry physical damage coverage on you car, the insurance should be able to help you but you will have to pay the deductible amount carried on your policy

If you have the coverage, yes, they will pay, minus any deductible.
