I am wondering, why would they go through the trouble of installing a signal system at a crossing if they are just going to put the flashing lights if it was the same system where they could put the arms as well.

My BMW started overheating after the radiator hose blew off. I put on a new radiator and it stopped overheating and I drove it for a day and the next day it started overheating again but the temperature gage would go down if I turned a corner. What could this be?

Is it true that ferraris have frequent break downs??? I'm planning on getting one someday but just heard that their not good cars because of frequent breakdowns and that thier only good to drive down to the beach and just for driving short distances.I know it probably costs alot to fix any problems they have but every car has problems at some point.

I started my car last night and the CD player was working fine. As soon as I turned my headlights on, the stereo quit working. I turned the headlights off, stereo went back on. I assume I blew a fuse, but how do I know which one it is? Or, could it be something other than a fuse?

I think i can get 5000$ after the summer is over.
I was on craigs list and they have Mercedes and BMWs for 2900 - 5000. I was wondering if theres any chance that would be a good deal for me. I want a nice car i dont want to ride around in a peace of crap. It seems like its to good to be true a MERCEDES or BMW for only 5000. is it this to good to be true theres alot of deals like these.

We bought it last spring, it was in my husbands truck and then we took it out and it was in the garage for a few months. When you put a cd in it, it starts like its playing, but theres no sound??? I'd also like to know if anyone knows how we can make it so we can use the radio controls on the steering wheel with the alpine stereo.

Red, orange/red & white and black. I think white and black are negative and the red and orange red go to the positive. I am not sure and I can,t remember how they came off. I don,t want to damage my pop-up. Please help

The car idles very low, and sometimes stalls. When it accelerates, it'll randomly hesitate and then speed up again. The car has 90,000 miles. Does this sound like a fuel pump issue, or something else?

I have a 2003 Dodge Durango. Recently the brakes started making a high pitched chirping/squealing noise. I took it to a shop and they replaced the rear rotors and brake pads. It was silent after gettign it back then a couple of days later the same thing started happening. Took it back again and they replaced the front brake pads this time. Took it home and it was fine for a day or two - then the same noise again. Took it back a 3rd time because it was driving me insane. They filed down the pads this time. Same thing again! Silent for a day or two and then it's back. Is there anything I can do about this?

my friend asked me this question yesterday and now I am very curious what your opinion would be...

he drives a 2004 BMW 325i and has damage on the side panel and a little damage to the front right bumper. he was planning on trading-in his car for a newer model beamer, but wasn't sure if he should trade it in with the damage or get it fixed first?

I was thinking, why not just trade it in with the damages since the dealer will probably mark off just as much as it costs to repair!?

So with that...what do you guys reccommend in this situation!?

I'm a 113lb girl who just bought an 05 GSXR 600 which was already pre-owned by a woman so it has mods done and is suited for a woman.....

Do auto dealerships really mark down new cars in the fall to make room for the new coming years inventory?

I am considering buying a new Ford Fusion and I have been told that in the fall is the best time to buy one, because of all the markdowns and rebate incentives, to get the current year cars off the lot for the upcoming year cars. Like this fall they would be doing sales to get the 2007's off to make room for the 2008's

Is this really true?
