The car idles very low, and sometimes stalls. When it accelerates, it'll randomly hesitate and then speed up again. The car has 90,000 miles. Does this sound like a fuel pump issue, or something else?

It could possibly be an IAC, idle air control valve. Here is a new service I have used a few times. It puts you directly in contact with mechanics who will provide you with estimates to repair you car. Its free and on-line.
