I got a 99 VW Passat about 2 years ago and all I have had is problems with it... It seems like something is always going wrong. In the last year I have spent $2400 in repairs and it only has 75,000 miles. Is this typical of a VW Passat?

I'm thinking aobut getting a new truck and I kind of need help. I found one I really want a 1994 chevy silverado 350 with the stepside bed the only problem is that my father and I have been thinking about going into business together and I will need a truck to tow like 2 or 3 cars at a time Does any one think this car will tow 2 or 3 cars plus a trailer? If you don't think it will tow it what kind of a truck would you recomend? I tried towing my 1972 chevelle with my old v6 dodge dakota that was a pos and got 500 miles and threw a rod and blew the tranny and I would like very much to avoid doing this with a new truck I hope someone can help

I know where to do it but I am not sure about the way to do it as far as how many turns in and how far to turn the screw back out.

I'm only 5" with short legs. I also have a fused left wrist so it doesn't bend. I've always wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle. My family either has dirt bikes or Harley's but I have an old bicycle with the brakes on the pedals. Should I just not even think about it at this point with all my injuries>

My wife ran this vehicle out of gas. I have added fuel to it (about 1/4 tank) but it seems it's not getting any gas when I try to crank it.

New oil and filter, PCV is good, brand new breather, oil pressure steady, no oil in the antifreeze (so it is not head gasket), definately not coming from anywhere else, but when I drive it, it REALLY leaks like crazy. It is coming from the very top, not where the tube goes into the block. I would really appreciate any advice- I am so stumped.

I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty and it has been 6000 miles per oil change and only darkened its oil. but I have a 98 Honda Civic that has been consistently going dry at about 4000miles per oil change. Why is this, do the seals leak or is there potentially another problem (warped piston, etc...)

I am taking trip to MA in a rental car and am planning on buying a car while I am there and driving both back to NC. Any idea how i handle the licence plate situation? Should I take the licence off the car I have in NC with me to put on the new car or is this a situation where I have to go to the DMV and get a temp plate? Also, couldn't my car in NC be towed if it is sitting out with no plate while I am gone?

I'm looking into getting a Jeep Cherokee Sport (no specific year) and I have heard the Jeeps in general can be run into the ground. I have also heard from a couple people they tend to have problems. Should I bother, or is it going to send me into a world of pain and suffering?
