Does it make the noise at all speeds or only when you reach a certain speed? I may just be part of the wheel well skirting coming loose and grating against your tire. Just check to make sure all of the skirting fasteners are in place.

First check tha air pressure in your right front tire, if normal, then the wheel bearing needs replacing, most likely.

One of two things comes to mind first - either low brake pads that are metal-to-metal on your rotor, or your wheel bearing is bad. Check the bearing by jacking that tire up, then grabbing the top and bottom of the tire and wobbling it (top in, bottom out, then top out, bottom in). Hope this helps!
