I have just finished an application for a government position. This was a lengthy process which took me about 4 hours.

I am just wondering if there are formulas to go by when completing a successful application. I have passed this section before but bombed out at the recruitment agency.

I have a phone interview with Progressive for a customer service position. Does anyone have any idea what kinds of questions they will ask me? It is supposed to be an hour long interview! That just sounds super-intimidating to me. I'm sure it will be fine though if I can be somewhat prepared..
I hear it is a good place to work..

I am currently attending community college full-time, and I decided to major in Sociology as a stepping stone to Law School. Not knowing what kind of job I could get with it.

But, after graduation (May 2007) I would like to go back to work while attending a four year institution. I would like to use my degree, but I am not sure what kind of job I could get.

I hope something making at least $50k starting out. Education is expensive, and I would hate to not be making some of that money back.

Any knowledge in this area would be useful and taken into consideration--the more detailed the better!!!! Thanks!
