I have signed a bond with employer to work there for four years with a bond breakage amount of 2 lacs.I came out of that company within in two years. If I recieve an legal notice what should I do? otherwise If I didnt recieve that notice, what kind of Legal action they can take? Is it possible to face legally? If I go to some other foreign country will any other kind of problem will arise? Is it possible for them to trouble my parents? please give me solution.

Since you have already left your employer and looking concerned now, practical aspect could be to consult a lawyer either now or when you get notice from your employer.

Your parents could be troubled to the extent to provide your latest address or contact info, that is all. Need be, that can be handled smartly.

For sure, you should desist this practice of violating terms of employment / contract. Sometimes, one sharp blow by an employer can throw you out of winds.

Yes, Employment bonds are legal.
Company must have trained you and incurred cost on training, hence they can ask for compensation as per the bond.
Best way is to ask for a settlement in order to avoid future trouble, company may ask you to pay a small amount and get rid of the bond.
You can also speak to your reporting manager, who can directly release you without any payment.
Legally speaking, unless this bond is settled you cannot work in any other organisation (As Employee) as it will be considered as dual employment, but there is no way by which company can harrass your parents / family members.
