Once she gets a job she just stands thier till they can her.Is her brain damaged and what can be done?

GIVE HER TWO WEEKS TO GET A JOB AND LET HER KNOW SHE CAN STICK WITH IT OR ELSE..
AND WRITE OUT THE GROUND RULES....
ITS TIME SHE STARTED PAYING FOR HER FREIGHT.....

Maybe nothing. You ever see a homeless person? They are there for a reason, some of them are there because they are incapable/unwilling to hold a job.
Not sure if this is a daughter to you or a wife, or what. But I would leave them alone to live their own life in their own apartment. If they don't make it, oh well.
All that said, perhaps a visit to a psychiatrist can find a specific problem that can be resolved with medication. if someon has the time and money to get here there.

Need more info. Somehow she manages to get the job(s)? How does she survive if she doesn't work? Somebody is making this real easy for her? I don't understand why she goes thru the motions? Sure sounds like she is playin someone? If she lives with anyone, she'd have to move out and support herself.

Take two electric wires and volt her with some charge to stimulate her brain.ha ha.
give her some gotu kolo herb to stimulate her brain.true.
feed her only good healthy foods consuming ,junk foods makes a person stupid.
throw her in cold water every day .forty degrees,true.
then hug her and tell her she can do all things thru Christ that strengthens her,true

If she lives with you then give her a set deadline that she has to get a job and if she does not hold it then she will be kicked out tell her. shes not a baby anymore. just a lazy freeloader im guessing.

don't enable her. Don't give her money. Does she live with you?? If so, why? Kick her to the curb and let her figure it out on her own. Honestly, sometimes tough love is the best kind, even if it isnt easy.

Quit giving her an allowance or spending money. Give her plenty of chores around the house if she wants anything at all from you.

In a word.... lazy.
Doesn't see the need to work when she already has all she needs to survive but not thrive.
Obviously, has no interest in bettering herself.
That's a real shame.

maybe it's not the right job for her, that's why she feels she doesn't belong there so she won't work effectively.
try to make her attend some career guidance seminar/s, then she'll know and realize what best job is suited for her..

If she is your girlfriend,, and if she loves you then she will definitly join your organization, and if she is not,! then you can encourge her, and increase her, salary,... and give her more easy job, with higher salary,... hope one of them could be usefull for you!
