I have a BA in Business Administration (1997). I would like to move to USA , but I do not have a green card. I'm looking for a company which can sponsorise me. I'm Italian mother toungue and I've experience in marketing.

GET A GREEN CARD, then come over here and get a job...citizens need jobs too, and they are citizens...Hope that doesn't sound callous, but it would be nice to know you at least tried to be a citizen of the country you want to work in, after you get your green card, WELCOME!

You will have to find a company that will petition for you as an H1B. You can read the law regarding Hs by going to USCIS and looking up 8 CFR 214.2(h).
Another idea would be if you could do something as an exchange visitor but I don't know how to find out about those program sponsors.
