First get practice yourself. Go for small small problems

Buy the book " Non Verbal Resoning" - it contains all the self explained problems in aptitude.

Only thing is you have to practice......

Apptitude is a kind of general knowledge questions from different areas eg., grammer, anlytical, relations etc all group together called an apptitude test
