what makes many people to act discourteously on the job?

I feel people can become dicourteous on a job for fear of their own position. Bringing down other people, unfottunately, can build some people up. These persons do not deserve our pity, or anxiety; but they do call for our prayer, not retaliation. Retailiation will only bring it back to the victim...one-way-or-the-other. The Lord said "Pray for those who are against you". What He meant is if you don't turn it over and acquire peace of mind; then your own hurt and pain will swing back to cause you discomfort. Chances are the offender doesn't even care if you are worrying about it or not. Wrath can be turned away by not owning the offender's problem but "letting it Go". Let Go/Let God.
