yes, while going for building a resume u always hav to enter whatever u hav done in the past....now as u r in the first year so u hav to enter high school information....
when u become a graduate then also u hv to enter that.

the order shud be
1. the recent qualification on top like in ur case 1st year
2. higher secondary information next
3. high school inforamtion last....

sure, why not..

if you don't have much experience, it is advisable to include seminars and trainings, internships, and other experiences that you think helped you cultivated your skills and capabilities. this way, the employer will know that you may be the right person to hire, based on the trainings you have undergone with.

you may state there the objectives or the things that you have learned from the internship..just be precise, and get straight to the point.

Yes and you had a lot of accomplishment, extra curricular activities, or where involved in any clubs in high school you should list them as well.

Unless, you've already had a lot of jobs. (I started college late and had a certificate and a some good job experience, so I did not mention high school.)

Microsoft office templates has a few resume templates for your situation.

It depends on what you took in highschool. What are you applying for has to fit what studies or experience you have already completed. Don't just add 'Fluff' to fill up the page.
