Success basically stems from foundation. Managers must be willing to create a successful environment by educating staff on the goals of the organizations.

Managers are human resource catalyst they must know the corporate vision and build on that... It is very important to see the importance of each employee and to allow growth to be the mainstream commonality.

Success ultimately comes when managers and employees agree and can merge as a team and meet and/or exceed the organizations goal.

A manager is responsible to orchestrate the activities that are required in order for the business to be successful. The level of success and the goals are usually developed at a corporate level and then translated to lower levels. For example, the company decides to increase its customer service level. Front facing staff (salespeople...) help achieve that goal by trying to help resolve any issues that the customer has.
