Not really as they take too long to do, pay very little and the payout figure is normally quite high. There are better things to do on the net.

They don't pay a whole lot but there are legitimate ones that do pay (Usually $1-5 per survey, occassionally $10-15, rarely more than that). For your time you're earning less than minimum wage...but you can do it from home and it can be kind of fun if you like giving your oppinion.

I've listed most of the sites I have taken surveys through and actually been paid (or received other rewards like gift cards or CD'S) on the following webpage:

http://www.windhavenweb.com/surveys

I list how they pay you, what I like and dislike about them, whether they have an affiliate or referral program, etc. (And yes, if I say they have an affiliate program, I'm part of it, and make a commission when someone signs up through that link...I like to be up front about that).

But watch out--there are also scams out there. Here are some tips to avoid them:

Don't sign up for any survey site which asks you to pay to access the surveys. Also watch for language like "get paid for taking surveys AND SIGNING UP FOR OFFERS" if you don't want to have to sign up for stuff with other companies to get paid.

Always carefully read their terms of service and privacy policy. If in their privacy policy they say they only use aggregated info, this is GOOD SIGN they are legit. Aggregated info information that is grouped together so it can't be connected with anyones personal identification like name, e-mail, phone or address. That's what survey sites SHOULD collect. Avoid sites that say they give, rent, or sell any personal information (info that is not aggregated) to third parties (unless you really don't mind getting junk mail, telemarketing calls, and spam).

Also, never sign up for a survey through an unsolicited e-mail--since these might not even be from the site they claim to be, but could be a phishing scheme to get your information and mis-use it. And never give your credit card info--there is no good reason a legitimate free site would need it.

I have been making money on internet for 4 years and I was personally scammed by a good many making money methods. Finally,I found the most legitimate, effective and fast way for beginner to make money is doing paid surveys if you have a computer with Internet access and can sit at your computer for 1.5-3 hours per day.

But before joining a paid survey network, you should be sure that the paid survey company satisfies the following minimum requirements:
1. In business for at least 1 year.
2. Well organized, easy to navigate directories.
3. Directories updated at least weekly.
4. Helpful resources available for newcomers.
5. No "waiting period". Eligible immediately..
And more,more....

I understand it is difficult for a new online money maker to judge whether a paid survey site is good or not.So I found a survey club to help beginner make money on internet. You can visit http://www.**************** to find how to earn money easily and legally.Hope that help you.

i've been a member of both of those sites for a while now and i can say that they are legit and you don't have to pay anything to sign up. all you do is take surveys and/or sign up for free trials. it's really easy and i just do it when i'm sitting at home being bored (i'm taking surveys about a total of 1-2 hours a day on average) and i make about $80 a month from each of those sites...sometimes a little more, depending on how much time i spend on it...so i make almost $200 extra dollars a month. theres people that make more, like i said, it just depends on how much time you spend on there. good luck!

Try SurveySavvy , it's free to sign up and you get paid to take surveys. I'm a member and it offers you a great opportunity to make a difference and earn money at the same time by taking research surveys online ~ I made $20.00 on my first survey and you also get paid for any survey your referrals take (the more REFERRALS you get, the more money it's possible to make!!!) P.S. They are a member of the Better Business Bureau!!
