I am obtaining an English B.S. in Ed. degree. I am not interested in a journalism or creative writing minor. My interests may lie in business or math, or something. However, I am not sure what would go along with this major that could work to my benefit. The minors are listed here: http://www.cmsu.edu/majors/
Please give me your opinions. Also, I do not want to minor in something like family and consumer science, because I do not want to risk getting stuck teaching a different subject.

OK you go for an interview and the boss asks you what are your three weakest points. What do you say? Remember you do not want to come across as an idiot so what answers would you give? Are there any other cunning questions that you have encoutered at a job interview or have you anything you can share?

I Lost a job I really liked. I felt usefull and appriciated. I made lots of friends and every day I enjoyed getting up early to go to work.
Last friday they called me in the office and told me to pack up my stuff and leave emediately. I still can't belive I'm not going back to work.
I just walk around the house thinking what job I schould be doing. I'm not great at anyting, just average in a lot of things. I'm terible in taking classes, cause of bad memory. How do I get back on track?

I'm a 22 year old college student, working on my second degree. I held one job when I was 18 (a summer position) but have been unemployed since.

I'm currently looking for work, but I've been wondering how old others where when they got their first job and how long they held them.

Thanks for listening.

When I begin college I want to major in Journalism. What subjects would I have to take in college? And what different types of jobs could I get with a degree in journalism? And is it necessary to get a master's degree too? what is the average salary? is it very difficult to get a job in after college?

I am 7 months pregnant, and I have had a very troublesome time with my pregnancy. I work retail, and I am always on my feet. Physically, its is harder for me to carry around a heavy baby, when you have a bad back and your body isn't use to carrying the extra weight. I know that I have had to call out of work more than normal, but I don't want to quit my job (I need the money). I think that my boss is starting to think about firing me. Can someone fire a person for being pregnant or having a hard time with their pregnancy?

I am 14 years old and I do not like babysitting, walking pets, or selling lemonade. I don't think Kroger accepts workers below 16 either.

i am having a hard time trying to decide btw the two. i would like to live overseas and ultrsound would allow me to do so , but there are potential work injuries such as carpal tunnel related with ultrasound
on the other hand , paralegal is a good solid career field .i only see stress and having to dress up for work as the only vices.
both pay very well and do not restrict me to a specific part of the US.
i just dont know ? can anyone help??

This is for a job at the store Torid. Just in case you never heard of it, its a young women's plus size store. Can someone give me any suggestions on how to answer that question? I don't really know what inspires my personal style I just wear things that are comfortable and I think look good on me. Is their anyway to reword that so it sounds more professional?

After 16 years working for the same company, I am looking for another job and planning on quitting my current one soon. Is there a law in the state of Massachusetts that requires employees to give a 2-week notice? When I get my new job, I don't even plan on giving them any time at all. I just want to get the heck out of there.

Can I do that?
