Apparently he wasn't even able to break the kids nose and the other kid only need 11 stitches. What is the best way to teach my son how to fight better. I'm thinking karate would be a good. Is it too young to sign him up for boxing?

first, he really REALLY likes to make "car accidents" with his cars and then go "oh no", I have never seen a kid do that at his age. Second, He really like to vacuum.
Third, he has a speech problem like pizza will be "pacca", or cartoons "cacca" or camera "camra"...is he developing right or what?

I just got into a disagreement with my father about the way I discilpline my 1 year old daughter. He thinks that I should start disciplining her with a belt, but I don't believe in doing it that way. I believe in other ways until she at least gets old enough to know right from wrong. And I feel like it's my decision on how I discipline my child. Am I doing the right thing?

Does anybody here go to school and raise young children? I'm a first year accounting student and my first half went pretty well. But this term I'm having a REALLY hard time finding time to study and do work, and meet with group members. Can anybody offer me any suggestions? My child is 20 month sold, and I am a single mother. I'm so frustrated, because I know I can do so much better.

We thought we were going to get a female but she had heath problems so we are going with our second choice.. the biggest male.. He is a Pug and I can send you a pick if that would help... but we are having a hard time chosing a name.. any suggestions?

We already have a 2 year old golden retriever named Max(well) and I put this in parenting because I didnt have much luck in other categories.. I figure alot of parents (and children) have dogs so maybe this is a good category!!

Thanks!

I was wondering if I am the only one disturbed by the sweats that some teenage girls wear. You guys know the ones the ones with words like juicy and other suggestive things printed on the butts. Why do parents allow their girls to wear these do they really need another reason for guys to stare at their teenage daughters butts. And not just older girls trying to rebel or whatever girls that are like 12 and 13.

Harvested from the the void , without consent , your potential imprisoned at birth by genetics , and circumstance , set upon a course of struggle , only to be " rewarded " in the end by a return to the void .

A very small percentage of parents are filled with a sufficient awe for the enormous responsibility that comes with forcing life upon a sentient being . It is as though they believe the act of procreation was all that was expected of them . They will transmit little , if any , knowledge or wisdom to thier progeny . No skills will be shared , few opportunities provided , and often not near enough kindness or compassion .
What will exist in great quantity are bad examples , and absenteeism on the part of the parents .
Some miracle .

This is a new behavior in the past couple of days. Whenever I put her down to play, she starts crying and following me around. Is this separation anxiety? What should I do?

Are you a working or stay at home mom? Just curious to see if either one has a greater percentage of spanking. Not making any judgments here, just curious.

I think in my heart of hearts that I need to but am I looking at this all wrong? My good friend has 2 boys under 3 and lives with her mother and brother in a 2 bed room apartment. She has no income nor does she try to find a job. She cannot get welfare anymore and she borrows money to pay the rent. No one in the house has a job and to make matters worse the her mother smokes pot in the house. Instead of riding the bus she has her friend with benefits drive her places in his 2 seater truck with 1 of her sons on the floor board. This is a weekly thing not just one time that this has happened. She sleeps with men and her sons are in the room. When her son fell off a counter at my house she picked him up and when he screamed in pain she screamed back at him to stop screaming. She lets the children do anything they want including hitting biting and throwing toys at adults. I have told her lovingly that all these things are not safe or not good for them but she still does them.

What do you do when your child is soooo spoiled, it kinda quits eationg what you want the kid to eat, but only eats what it wants? How do you solve a problem like this? My child is only 13 months old, and has stopped eating alot of food that i fix her. Mainly the only thing she wants anymore is either junk food or food that she can feed herself. Is this normal?

This afternoon I got into some spray paint in the garage and decided to try and paint a project i was working on. The top of the can malfunctioned and i acccidently got a bunch of paint on my legs arms and face. I also got a lot on my clothes. After I got done I started to go into the house and I tried to run some water and get the paint off but it wasn't working. My mom saw what happened. She seemed pretty upset. She had me strip down and told me to go up to the bathroom and wait for her. My mom came in then and ran some water in the tub and told me to take off my boxers and get in. To make it worse my little 7 year old brother was there looking at me. She got some chemicals and it took us about an hour to get the paint off. She used a dish rough sponge brush on me. I am in 7th grade and i think i am way to old to be treated like this. What can I do?

My English teacher will not let me in the class anymore ever since we had a confrontation last Thursday. I told her she has no right to interfere with my right to an education and I will see her in court. The problem is my daddy says I am being ridiculous and should shut up but I think I have a point and I resent not having his support. The problem is this woman has a rage control problem and tries to run the class through intimidation yet I called her bluff and exposed her mediocrity. Anyways, now I just have to take my English lessons in in-school suspension and am not allowed to go back until she and the principal and my daddy meet, but my daddy says he is so busy at work it may be Friday before he can come. How can I prevent another confrontation with this hot tempered lady tomorrow when I try to enter her classroom?

Are women better parents then men?
I am doing a essay in my English 1 class and my chosen topic was Are women better parents then men? Normally i would think that it depends on the man or women, they can choose to care for their child or not; but because its an essay i had to choose a side, i got nothing against male parents because some males can do way better than women but its for the essay, so offense to my male parents out there. Just if i could get some thoughts on the topic thank you so much.

(P.S. im not trying to get ya'll to do the essay for me but i need a good knock out introduction, i did have "Do you think women are better parents then men? If not... PROVE IT!!" but that's not on 9th grade level so...?
