My English teacher will not let me in the class anymore ever since we had a confrontation last Thursday. I told her she has no right to interfere with my right to an education and I will see her in court. The problem is my daddy says I am being ridiculous and should shut up but I think I have a point and I resent not having his support. The problem is this woman has a rage control problem and tries to run the class through intimidation yet I called her bluff and exposed her mediocrity. Anyways, now I just have to take my English lessons in in-school suspension and am not allowed to go back until she and the principal and my daddy meet, but my daddy says he is so busy at work it may be Friday before he can come. How can I prevent another confrontation with this hot tempered lady tomorrow when I try to enter her classroom?

Although I think that you should have respected your teacher in the first place, she has no right to interfere with your education and your dad should be on your side. I would be furious of I was kicked out of a class because I am really into learning and getting good grades so I can go on to college and stuff.

I do not think that it is that bad of an idea to go to court because you definitely have the right for a good education.

A previous question of yours, and I quote:

"What are the pros and cons of being spoiled?
I am very spoiled. However, for some reason, some people think that is a bad thing."

You are a spoiled little brat and need to deal with the fact that when you are in class, your teacher is the boss. NOT you. Let her teach, sit down, and shut up if you want an education. If she really tries to run the class through intimidation, deal with it for the next 3 months. You are almost done the class.

I'm suggesting you to be in great silent in that class only and do your work with your friends. Make sure you do much revision and study for the subject English Lesson. Avoid talking much with the teacher. Why? The teacher is in her own problem and only herself can solve her problem without help. Trust me! Do your own study bestly and greatly as you interest can be. Read more books and poems etc to improve your English Subject. you can do it. Anything homeworks etc she wants for you..... just do and give her. Make more study group to your classmates and friends and people surround you except her, your teacher. Do the ordinary daily classes in school like usual. Make sure you happy with it. :). I believe you can do it without her, your teacher.

If the teacher has behavioral issues, you might consider bringing them to the attention of the principal or superintendent of your school. The Principal or Superintendent can deal with it as a Personnel issue.

Just keep your mouth closed. I know it may seem hard but the last thing you want to do is go to court. Its not as fun as you think it is and i guarantee you your not going to win. Your gonna end up sitting in the constables office with handcuffs because you couldnt keep your mouth closed. (Guess what i went through that today. I might go to jail tomorrow)

you need to "talk to her boss" and tell them what is going on, they may change your teacher or tell her to let you in. They are not allowed to deny you an education if that does not work then complain to the school board and if that does not work then you go to court.

Have you thought of apologizing? Suck it up and apologize! We have all had teachers and bosses that we don't get along with. The fact of the matter is, you are "stuck" with teachers you don't like for 180 days and then you're done. Make the best of the 180 days. If you cannot apologize, then spend your time in in school for your blatant gross insubordination.

i agree with fairytales8890, Becca G, and Richard H... teachers should have to be fair... they get away with way too much already... dont listen to those people that tell you to drop it....

i suggest that you go to the school counselor and see if you can switch out of that class and into another english class...

hope this helps! : )

yeah i had the same kind of problems. you just have to be quiet and ignore what they say to you. i never said anything back to my teachers when they talked down to me, i just proved them wrong later. i had a teacher that always told me i wasn't paying attention and i was going to fail, i just made a 100 on every test and finally he shut up. it's just something you have to deal with in school with certain teachers... get used to it.
