I met and starteddating this guy in jan.06 things were great..till i told him i had a kid, he loved the idea. And things were still good..Till i had my child fulltime. due to circumstances involving my mother, he was taken from me and then returned 5 months after birth. but, Joe was great..they got along good..But now, joe who keeps talking to me about marriage and such, is becoming distant, ive found emails from other girls..who he said to them he was single and such and a piece of paper in our room while cleaning naming off all his 12 recent exes and one of which he had sex with, Disturbing, I dont see why he'd keep such info from me, he denies it though, Says id be surprised to know what men write when with their friends, but still, anyways, It takes so much to ask him to do something with my son, and i dont knw why, to feed him, bath him just anything and he gets moody, yet when he accepted me..he also accepted my son, but now its a chore..I cant type more though, wont let me,sorry.

Are these ages for siblings too far apart or too close. And how do you like the names.
Michael(Mike)-19y/o
Andrea-18y/o
Sarah-14y/o
Kelly-13y/o
Stephen(pronounced Steven)-11y/o

Do you think that the grades these kids are in are too far or close?
Mike-first year of college
Andrea-High School Senior
Sarah-High School Freshman
Kelly-8th grade
Stephen-6th grade

These kids are really close evn though the ages are and are not. Stephen is like a carbon copy of Mike. Sarah and Kelly are like carbon copies of Andrea. Andrea,Sarah, and Kelly are sometimes thought of as triplets or twins. Mike and Stephen look like twins, but Stephen is younger looking and shorter.

If your baby is 3 years old, why do you say he/she is 36 months instead of just saying he/she is 3 years old.

my parents are very strict with me. im allowed to have a bf but not allowed to do anything with him like go to the mall or movies. it frustrates me very much. they just set a new rule that i cant go to his house HE has to come over. i heard that strict parents who dont let their child go oout n experience things suffer the consequences of having their child rebel and do everything (sex, weed, etc) all at once since they feel it is their only chance to experience things. i am feeling this way and i feel like the more closed in i am from things the more i want to do them. is this true or does it make sense?

I am 25 years old, my wife is 23. My wife and I have been together for 5 years and married for 2 years.

We plan to have our first child next year when I am almost 27 and she is 24 years old.

When people find out our ages they seem to make a lot of comments about statistics and how we will end up divorced.

I really don’t feel we are too young to be married or be parents.

We own a house, have completed college, and have careers.

We are happy together and very committed to one another.

I honestly believe we will never divorce, but I feel like people hope young love fails.

I guess I am feeling discouraged!

Did you get married and have children young?

Are you still with your spouse?

I am a Loving Nurturing Mother/Homemaker. My 3yr old is in Head Start. On her age level Brigance test she made a 91% out of 100%. The highest in her age group and higher than some of the other students in the 4yr old group. She has been moved up to the 4yr old group-I'm very happy to announce. Everyday that I take her to Head Start school. Where I am the Parent Policy Council Rep. and commited volunteer. I don't feel that I am just throwing her away in anyway. In fact, along with everything I'm unconditionally teaching her, am helping my childs develop mentally, socially, physically and emotionally for the many stages of her life.

My friend has two young kids. I have none (which is fine by me). We live about 45 minutes away but manage to see each other maybe twice a year. Every time I've seen her since moving back to this area, I've had to come to her house & even tho it's with a plan for lunch we end up doing nothing but entertaining her kids, watching them play, etc.

In the 5 yrs I've lived here, she hasn't come to see my house. Something always comes up. Latest is that she wants to make sure her son can crawl around b/c she can't stand to keep him cooped up. I'm kind of at the end of my rope -- I understand we are different than 10 yrs ago and she has diff. responsibilities as a parent, but I'm tired of being put off even when I come there -- I'm not really there for a visit b/c she's so distracted that it's a pointless visit.
Anything you can suggest I say to her w/out offending her parenting skills?

I am starting a parent coaching business where I help parents with discipline problems or parenting issues (Like the Supernanny off camera) and I'm trying to come up with a phrase for my business cards. Here are my ideas.

Having difficulties disciplining? The parent coach can help!

Having behavior problems? Parent coaching can help!

The problem I'm having is that I'm not sure of the question part and how to phrase the last part. I can help with more than disciplining problems (potty training, bed time) and not sure if the question implies that. Any ideas? Thanks!

My ex went back to her ex with our 3 and 4 year old kids. I was voluntarily sending support and visiting 3 times a year for 2 weeks at a time. (they are 2500 miles away). She stopped all contact and I got served with a petition to adopt from her now once again husband. They are trying to adopt without my consent on the grounds, I havent had contact or sent support for a minimum of one year. This is not true and I have receipts and photos of us. How can cutting me out of my kids lives be whats best for them? And can the kids bond with me without 24 hr/day contact?I am Canadian she is US
