Depending on how bad the graffiti is you may have to use a product by the name of Killz to prime the area before painting.
You can also try the magic eraser, WD40 works, toothpaste, and goo-gone. It all depends on the surface that you are trying to take it off of.

Find the boys who are doing it, and chop off their hands. Sorry, if you don't, the graffiti will just come back.

On some surfaces, citric acid might work (check for strong "orange cleaner" or some similar name). Once you've gotten it off, ask your hardware guy about graffiti-resistant paint. This stuff is slick when it dries, and you can just wipe off graffiti which is painted onto it.

What you use as a solvent will depend on what type of substance is used to paint on the graffiti.

I agree with everyone else...PAINT OVER IT!! I think that's the only way that will guarantee the "complete removal"

Paint over it.
But be prepared to paint over it again a week later.

it depends on where the graffiti is at....is it on a paintable wall? on a side walk?
