before i got pregnant i weighed about 230 pounds, now i am 20 weeks pregnant and i weigh 202.4 pounds. im not complaining that im losing weight because its great, but, losing this much weight this fast and still losing. i got an ultrasound done on wednesday and the baby is fine and everything else is fine, the uterus, the amniotic fluid, the placenta, everything is normal. but why would i be losing weight like this, i am kind of concerned about this but the doctor says i am just losing excess weight from my first baby and that everything is ok, there is no need to worry. but im still worried about it. does this sound normal? or am i just losing my mind along with my weight?

ok,we have been trying to get pregnant and my breast are a little sore and also I just felt sneezed and felt a wet gush down there and when I went to the restroom it was just a watery disharge down there.I ovulated back on the 15th so I know that isn't it.Is watery discharge I sign of pregnancy

My cupboards and freezers and fridge are stocked to the brim i now feel guilty why do us as individual so greedy? The shops are only shut for 2 days. Oh well it will save my shopping bill next week mostly christmas snacks for the children.

So originally I thought my due date was Feb. 12th 08 and today at my app. I asked about when they will schedule my c-section and the ob said usually they do it a week before your due date and then said so probably around the 10th since my due date is the 17th of feb. and I was like I thought I was due on the 12th!!!So this whole time I thought I was a week ahead of what I really am!! LOL Do you think maybe it was because I had just came of Birth Control and my periods were irregular and my last one came about 5 days earlier than it usually does??

Has this happened to anyone else before??

This really explains alot as far as how big I have got I really look 31 weeks and not 33!! LOL I thought I was just smaller this pregnancy!!

I have a 7 month old baby girl who's head has grown rapidly I guess to fast from what the doctors say but now they say it's in the 95 % of growning to fast and they have to do an ultra sound what could this be and will they be looking for?

I know this seems wierd, I should know my body but unfortunately I don't. I want to know if these are symptoms of pms and how long does it last? I've been experiencing sharp pains on either side of lower abdominal, I have cravings off the charts for foods I don't even eat, I'm tired and bloated, have headaches, nauseous, increase sexual drive for sometime now, frequent urinating. Hmmm I believe that's all, my cravings were so bad that my husband asked me if I was certain that I wasn't pregnant.

I have a tattoo of a rose on my lower stomach, covering my scar from my appendicitis (if that helps with the exact location) Do you have or know anyone who's had one there?? Is it gonna get realllyyyyy stretched out and will it go back to normal kind of after I've had the baby?? LOL just wondering I really dont care nobody sees it but my boyfriend anyway but I was curious!

my 8th month have just started...and last time i went 2 doc , my weight was 77kg but now after 15 days its 75 kg...my doc says i've not been eating well tats why i've lost 2 kgs...but i'm really worried...is anybody else here going through same prob?

well my bf and i have been using the pull out method for a while now.. but every month.. i kept getting my period..
well usually i start cramping really bad... and then usually the same day or the very next day i get my period..

but this month... i started cramping a week before my period was due on and off... and then 2 days before the start date.. i started cramping like i always do.. it felt like my period was gonna gush out any second.. but then now its the 3rd day and no period.. and the cramping is completely gone..

last weekend... i woke up one morning.. and had really dizziness.. nausea.. and a big headache.. but then i asked some ppl and they said its most likely a head flu or something.. but then i took a nap again n it went away.. since then it has gone... but then last night while eating.. i almost gagged on my food.. and put my head down to throw up but then the feeling went away..

besides that ive been feeling this tightening.. stretching sensation movement in my lower abdomen area...

my boobs arent sore.. but for the past week.. i had some shooting pains in them on and off..


also am gassy and constipated..

besides that everything else is fine.. but ive been noticing that im in some areas on my arms and stuff the hair is growing darker and thicker..

last period was nov 23 and the dates we had sex were nov 25,nov30,dec5,dec10 (what date could of gotten me pregnant if i am) and plz let me know if these are symptoms or not? im on a 28/29 day cycle.. regular never missed

My mother in law insists on me putting my 16 month old in day care when my baby is born (march). I will be home with new baby and we cannot afford daycare nor do we want daycare right now. I am presently a SAHM but not sure how long I will be one, when I am ready to go back I will..

My mother in law brought daycare up for about the 100th time the other day and I told her "NO WE ARE NOT USING DA"YCARE " We were over at her place to tell her the baby is a boy.

when I got home I was so stressed that I had menstrual like cramps and felt dizzy. Thought I was going inot preterm labor. Luckily I got the contractions to stop and I am doing better. I told my husband to ask her not to bring this up again and told him to please have his mother call him at work during the day as I no longer wish communication with her,,,at least for the duration of my time at home. Was I too bitchy? I am pregnant with raging hormones and I usually treat her with kid gloves but my health is on line

I have partial placenta previa at 26 weeks with my first baby, and while my doctor told me it will probably fix itself, I have been researching it. If it doesn't, I may need a C-section.

I've noticed that a lot of people on Answers have asked questions about how to get rid of stomach pooch/flab after having a C-section. It seems like your stomach never goes back the way it would if you had a vaginal delivery.

I hate to be worrying about this, but I can't help it because my flat tummy was my favourite/most complimented body part before pregnancy, and while I don't expect it to go back to normal, I would still like to look good. I don't mind a scar but I will cry if I have a pooch and that's a fact. I'm 22. This might sound shallow to some and my first priority *is* a healthy baby, BUT!

So... I was wondering if anybody had a C-section and DIDN'T have a pooch/ bad flab? Did anyone's tummy go *almost* back to how it was? And if so, how?

I appreciate any answers!!!

I had sex on november 23, 2007 and my period still have not come, can I be pregnant? it almost a month later ( sunday) and my period still have not come. But I have so many symptoms like sore breast, servere cramps and some light bleedings I have taken 2 hpt and the first one was positive and the second one was negative.I am just looking for honest answers and opinions. I am now 8 weeks . I had a vaginal ultrasound and sonogram during my emergency visit. Then, 1 week later During my follow up visit, I had another sonogram then vaginal ultrasound. The doctor said she see's 2 sacs but 1 pregnancy. (twins possibly, reason for the special attention is because i'm spotting. but isn't that too much xrays for the baby/babies? She says she will give me a 3rd sonogram/ultrasound in a month? is this ok?. I'm worried about getting a 3rd ultrasound, should i be? why. thanks for all the help comments and advice.

I am the proud mother of 4 beautiful children and this morning while folding laundry I was thinking..."Kids grow SO fast!" Everytime I turn around I am going sorting through their clothing and toys that they have outgrown to make room for new stuff. I've also noticed that alot of the clothes and toys that I am getting rid of are still in really good shape. So I was thinking it would be kinda neat to start a clothes and toy exchange between parents nationwide. Maybe something like this already exists...I'm not sure. Parents could send in their children's ages and sizes and the clothing and toys would be distributed according to that. Think of all the money you could save! I dunno, just wondered what others might think.

So I really like the name Briar for a little girl and I was thinking about what middle names would go good with Briar. I dont think it should be something simple like Marie or Rose because it does not go well with the name. So far I have come up with

I am living overseas and don't have any family to visit. We don't stay at hotels but instead take road trips. I am sure we will eventually stay at a hotel someday though. Our kitchen and living room are on the opposite sides of the house with the baby room in the middle. I have 2 cats that would probably try to sit in it and scratch at it. My one cat has the ability to open the doors to almost every room so keeping him out will not be easy. I don't plan on leaving the child unattended. I don't spend my afternoon watching t.v. and spend it cleaning. I move from room to room... If you don't think a travel cot is a good idea any other suggestions would be appreciated.. Thanks

any old wives tales, myths or signs what you are having? i read that the food you crave etc can sometimes tell. I cannot stand orange juice or chocolate anymore even the thought of them make me sick anyone else hated these so much during pregnancy and what u had? i am only 8 weeks but dying to know!!!

...but we both want me to stay home after having the baby to raise it, instead of going back to work, and sticking him/her in daycare.Problem is, my fiance doesn't make enough money yet, to even support both of us, let alone another person. We both want a baby, we've talked about it ever since we got engaged, but he keeps saying that if we get pregnant right away, then I will have to go back to work after....which isn't an option in my book. I have a sideline job besides the one I have now(Full time Accountant), Sideline Job(Mary Kay) & I make a good amount of money doing that, but he's afraid to get into a situation where we go broke right after we have the baby & Mary Kay doesnt make the cut!!...So I guess what I'm asking is, if anyone else in this situation or has been, and what did you do???...(If we waited until we could "afford" a baby, we'd be 30)

I keep having weird dreams last night I had a dream about a bad virus that was threaten the world and everyone I cared about had it except for me. They all had long weird teeth in their mouth and couldn't talk and then when I woke up my throat was hurting. Then in my dream all of the people went to my gyn and he was a mad scientist that I found out was performing experiments on me and my husband was there but couldn't stop it what does this mean? I woke up in tears and confused and I keep seeing those weird teeth people and my throat is hurting. Does this have something to do with my pregnancy or is this dream trying to tell me something {please no hurtful answers}
