you have to balance your diet dear, it might be not so good for the health of your baby, my best suggestion for you right now is to eat more rich in proteins (e.g. meat, fish, etc.)

goodluck!!!

I've never lost that much weight that far into pregnancy but I did lose weight in the first few months. Also I do not seem to gain weight very well...since I'm 7 months and I've only gained 2 KG (and it goes up and down by .5). It could be that you are not eating well enough...since it's not really your weight so much as the development of your little one that counts. So far my doctor says that I'm doing good and not to worry...but I do make sure to take my prenatal vitamins everyday just to make sure. My last pregnancy was far worse...and I was never hungry. IF your doctor is warning you then it really shouldn't matter what other people on this board will tell you. He knows your case and it's different from woman to woman...Not to mention he has your test results.

Well I am still early but I am worried about the same thing too. I am 16.5 weeks pregnant and everytime I go to the doctor my weight would be less and I know I am still not eating that much right now. This is the time I should start gaining and it's not happening. Well the only thing I could say is whenever you do eat try and get your protein, vitamins, carbohydrate, etc. in things that you like. Fruits, veggies, beans, chicken, whole wheat or whatever. Best of luck to you and the baby.

My weight has done some fluctuations from appointment to appointment and I think that part of it may be that you could have been retaining a little extra water the time you measured at 77kg or maybe you were wearing heavier clothes? The point is as long as you are eating healthy, not trying to lose weight and you feel ok then you are doing the right things. listen to your body, it will guide you through the pregnancy.

Healthy weight loss diet plans have a different focus than many of the commercial programs. Too many of the commercial programs compete to show who can have customers losing the most weight in the fastest time. Healthy weight loss diet plans only aim to give participants a better quality of life. These plans focus on turning you on to a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to teach you this new lifestyle beginning with the moment you start the diet. And you never really go off the diet; you will only adjust it to your new weight. You learn a new diet – or healthy way of eating – for life!

Yes, i loss weight also and it was because I was not keeping anything down. For me I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins because I thought they were giving me a rash but I stop getting the vitamins I needed and so I became deficient. my doctor said even thought you think you are eating right you baby needs a lot and it takes it which can leave you feeling like crap and Hench not gaining weight. So I would say don't worry take your prenatal vitamins and in time you will gain the baby weight
