Hello,
I have exactly the same problem, my tummy feels really really tender all of the time and I spoke to my midwife last week who said that it is quite a normal thing and just something I will have to put up with, it is a sign that the baby is growing and that ligaments are moving around and stretching to accommodate the growth. I had a scan at 9.5 weeks as I was worried about stabbing pains I have been getting and they said that I have a cyst on my right ovary which is causing the pains, they said that it is quite normal to have a cyst at ths stage and that it is releasing more horemones so not to worry.
If you are worried ask your Dr to refer you for a scan but try not to be as it is normal to have these pains.

too many variables and not much information. your doctor would be the best to consult on this.
other information required:
age, sex, weight, blood pressure, family history, etc.
all these are required to properly diagnose what you are feeling. it may be a case of indigestion or stomach cancer. take your pic. as i said, your doc is the best to ask.

If you're PG, it may just be heartburn.
Ask your doctor to make sure, but daily Tums or even a Pepcid AC may help.
