Um how old are you?
As stated by others:
Don't have sex.
If you are an adult:
Talk to your Gynecologist about what would be the best option based on your sexual lifestyle. A lot will depend on whether you are monogamous and you and your partner have been checked for STD's or if you are not then you will definetely need to go with a condom, and perhaps some other precautions as well.
Be careful.

The honest answer is to avoid having sex. The second best way is the pill, but not all women can tolerate it. I believe the latest versions of the pill use a lower dose of hormones which reduces the side effects.

not to engage in sex, but if you do I suggest a condom and birthcontrol. My sister works at a clininc and a lot of girls end up pregnant or with Herpes because they did not use a double method. Listen I am of very high fertility and I did this until I was ready to have my kids because I wanted my babies to be born at the right time so that their lives would be a blessing..

always, always take precautions by using condoms .it will also save you the heartache of getting a disease as so many young go straight to the sex bit ,the girl is left on her own with a baby on the way,the boy to get someone else pregnant and brag about it but then goes on to have aids and pass that on before a few people die of the disease so "be prepared and always take precautions otherwise just say NO
