My 14 week old has been cooing a lot more, making more noises which I know is great and normal. Yesterday all of the sudden she started doing this deep (almost grunting) hmmmmm, hmmmmmm, hmmmmmm over and over. She does it when she is bored w/ whatever she is doing or my hubby or I leave her sight for a little to long. It doesn't even sound like her and it started out of nowhere! She is also suddenly eating like she did when she was a month old (every 2-3 hours) at night. So is this her just growing? Is it normal for them to all the sudden make a totally new noise...and do it...over and over and over... =) She is acting great otherwise, all happy, smiling, etc... Bear with me, this is my 1st.

Madison..means "son of the mighty warrior" Lol..ppl are naming there girls this!

I mean parents who name their daughters or even sons this need a cat scan..thats alot of parents!

Last September 2006, i had a beautiful baby boy who was stillborn. I think about him still to this day. i wonder how it would be with him here and how he would be growing up. my sister in law knows that i lost a child, but decided to name her child the same name as my child. to make a long story short, she didn't ask if it would be ok or anything! to top it all off, she spell the baby name the same as well. i was offended when i would out, because she know i lost my fullterm baby last year. i don't know what she was thinking!!! do i have a right to feel this way?

My 3 and a half month old went from sleeping 6-8 hour stretches at night (yay!) to the past 2 nights waking every 2-3 hours. Each time she wakes she is hungry, because when I offer her bottle she will drink 4 to almost 6 ounces. For example last night she had bottle @ 9, was up at 12 and ate. Up at 230 crying, didn't know why...offered a bottle at 3 and she ate 6 ounces, then at 5:45 she was hungry again and ate 5 ounces. "normal" for her is last bottle between 8-9pm and up by 3 or 4am to eat, and then doesn't want much to do with food til about 9am. So these past couple days have thrown me a loop. Is this what happens during a growth spurt? She is happy as can be.

I'm completely against abortions and I want to keep my baby. My parents are not against abortions, that's part of the reason I'm so scared to tell them. Legally can they make me?

I know if I want to keep this baby I have to grow up and love the baby more than I love myself. I've already made my decision.

My son is 14 months old.

What do you do with your kids while you're cooking dinner? With my son, I can't really come up with the perfect thing to keep him occupied. He is really hungry when he gets home from daycare, so most times I feed him (or give him food to feed himself) while I'm cooking which works really well. But then when dinner is ready he is done eating and wants to go play while daddy and I are eating. Also, this isn't good because I want him to learn to eat dinner with us as a family.

I am a new mom, so please don't say mean things about me not being able to do 2 things at once... I'm just looking for some suggestions. He is kind of at the age where if he is playing, he wants me to play with him...

PS - :) I know its funny... what in the world will I do when I have more kids!?!

My daughter is 13 months old, she has been dealing with on/off constipation since about 3 months. I am very well versed in how to treat it. I just was wondering at what age it is normal to have solid poops. I know at some point developmentally she will have normal adult like poops. I just have no idea when and I don't want to think that she is constipated when in fact she fine.

Please give honest opinion and rate out of ten. We are running out of time and we have three first names on our list. Zachary is a new middle name because I like the meaning. It means god has remembered or remembered by God and Liam mean protected or helmeted. James possibly sounds better but I hate the meaning "supplanter".. what the h|*** is that?

May be a dumb question, but oh well. I have one breast that is enormous and becoming engorged more and more the other looks normal but feels softer and "deflated" with very little milk, I am trying to feed daughter with that one more but she seems to only use as pacifier and seems hungry still still I feed on the other. I ordered a pump online, want to know if that will help or am I stuck with the one doing the job for two?

I ordered a talking makka pakka and a large floor puzzle, I waited and waited and then finally went on the website and tracked my items, they were sent seperately one with parcel force and one with parcel net. I called mothercare who said that they had both been delivered, but they hadn't. I asked them if they had been signed for, apparently it was just a scribble for the makka pakka. then parcelnet admitted they had lost the floor puzzle so i had to be refunded as its no longer in stock. they had to investigate and find out from the driver where the makka pakka had been left, the driver couldnt give them any more info so they said they'd send me one and it should be here by today, so about an hour ago i called them and asked where it was, they said it was delivered yesterday!! and signed for in a name i didn't know of. so i knocked on all the neighbours doors, none of them knew either. Called them back and the woman confirmed the address... Tyne and Wear!. i Live in bloody Surrey!!

I don't know if I should get a medium or large.. before pregnancy I wore a medium, and now my bust has increased from 36 to like a 40 ish!! I am also 8 months pregnant .. I dont mind shirts a little tight on belly either
