No, they can't. EVERY state in the US says the decision is yours.

I dont think they can however I would advise you to think about adoption. There are two things I know. Number one, you are 13, having a baby is more than you realize. You will not be taking care of this baby alone. Your parents will have to support the baby because you are not old enough to have a job. You will need a daytime babysitter. You will need to give up your friendships and mostly likely relationships to tend to your child. It's WAYYYYY more than just loving the baby more than yourself. The second thing I know is that I do not believe in abortion at all but I think that you are way to young to assume you can do this. You need to talk to your parents no matter how scared you are and let them tell you if they are willing to support this baby and whether or not you are going to have to give this baby a more suitable home.

No, an abortion is your choice, not theirs. But I am sure they will probably try to steer you that way since you say they are not against it. I was 19 when I had my daughter. I know this is a lot older than you are, but if I was any younger I would not have been ready. You always have the choice of adoption too. Remember when you have a baby, you have to be ready for whatever life hands you. Not all babies are born perfect and you have to be ready to take on whatever happens in your childs life. I don't want you to think I am trying to steer you towards abortion because I could never do that. Just make sure you look at the whole picture and all the things that you might have to deal with. My daughter has some problems and I know at 27 yrs old it is hard to handle because of all the docs we have to see and the emotional part of it too. Good luck honey. and remember whatever choice you make will be the right one.

No they cannot make you. I personally don't believe abortion is ever the right decision, but I can understand why some people would decide to. You might be too far along to even have an abortion, so it might not even be something you have to consider.
I found a web site for teen pregnancy. It has teens talking about their own pregnancies, and the things they had to go through telling their parents and decisions they make. It gives you info for any decisions you have to make and also tells you about people and places that can help. It looks really good. http://teenbreaks.com

No one can make you get an abortion. But you are heading into something that is bigger than you can ever imagine. I am also against abortion, but not adoption. I think you need to have a heart-to-heart with your parents and find out what you are going to do. This is huge and you are so young.

Why don't you explain your reasoning against abortion to us? Maybe it would be good enough for your parents.
Think about it, your parents CAN get custody of that child until you graduate in some states. It will be their problem regardless though, so take it into consideration when you deliberate your options.

Sweetie I'm the same age as you. And although maybe you love the person you made the baby with, and you want it dearly are you really making the right choice for yourself? Think about how you life could be ruined by this! It could be life threatening to give birth to it. You can't look after it probably. You need to go to school. And your body will look like its had a baby.Old:O. You have bearly even started your life. Why go ahead and ruin it when it could be great! I don't no the law and if they can force you but talk to them about it and make the right choice!
Merry Christmas=]

No, they legally can't...but it could be the hardest, yet best decision of your life to have one...you are way too young, you don't know what it means to grow up enough yet, to raise a child...

No, it is your choice. You should, however, speak with a counselor at Planned Parenthood to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your options and how each one can affect you.

Not sure on the abortian thing, but they CAN push VERY HARD for charges against the father,
IF he was over the age of consent, it is STATUTORY RAPE regardless of your choice.
Also you are TOO YOUNG to know properly what you are letting yourself in for.
