I'd say pretty true to size. I've been wearing first trimester pants from them since I was about 6 weeks PG! And the size I got were the size I would have gotten pre-PG.

It depends on your child's build. My daughter is tall and skinny with a very long upper body. She never fit well into onesies. Now that she is in 2T, Old Navy clothes seem really wide. If the pants don't have an adjustable waist they will just fall off her. Target 2T shirts often hang low, yet Nickelodeon shirts shrink if you just look at them... When I shop Dora I usually go straight to 4T... sad. I don't think there is such a thing as true size when it comes to clothes for females. Think about it, an adult size 8 at one store is a 6 at another and a 10 at yet another store. Some brands I wear a small, some I need a large... it is the same with kid clothes. Your daughter may be 12-18 months old, but she may need larger or smaller clothes based on brand. There is nothing wrong with a 12 month old kid wearing a 24 months shirt if that is the size they need. Life is a lot easier once you get out of onesies, shirts fit so much better!

I think it varies from clothing piece to piece within Old Navy because i just bought two pairs of jeans there with just a slightly different style. One pair i needed a medium and the other pair a large. Then with the sweaters i am the same size bust as you and have found that some mediums are working and some i absolutely must wear a large in. In general i am finding that i would rather buy the bigger size if i can't try it on. The shirt will look fine if it is a bit big and the pants you can make fit better with a belly band if they are a touch big in the waist.

Old Navy Maternity Jeans

They run pretty true to size in most cases. I can still wear all the clothes I ordered from them even now at 38 weeks, but I did order a pajama set about a week ago, so that when I went into the hospital I would have something to walk around in after I had the baby, and when I got it, it was really small...so in my experience, the clothes fit about the same, but the pj's run small. Hope that helped...

It stays pretty true to size. I was a xs/s before pregnancy.. and that is what i was in in old navy maternity.. till i hit about 30 weeks, then my belly was so big that the shirts fit everywhere but the length

They are true to size... I LOVE old navy's maternity clothes.. I can walk in and just pick out what I want and buy it, I usually don't even have to try them on. But you might just try both and see which size you like better.

They're true to size (at least in my opinion). Sizes run from XS to 2 or 3XL..and the only difference between these shirts and "regular" shirts are the lengths (to accommodate your growing belly so you're not CONSTANTLY pulling it down)
