My 3 and a half month old went from sleeping 6-8 hour stretches at night (yay!) to the past 2 nights waking every 2-3 hours. Each time she wakes she is hungry, because when I offer her bottle she will drink 4 to almost 6 ounces. For example last night she had bottle @ 9, was up at 12 and ate. Up at 230 crying, didn't know why...offered a bottle at 3 and she ate 6 ounces, then at 5:45 she was hungry again and ate 5 ounces. "normal" for her is last bottle between 8-9pm and up by 3 or 4am to eat, and then doesn't want much to do with food til about 9am. So these past couple days have thrown me a loop. Is this what happens during a growth spurt? She is happy as can be.

That is totall ynormal for babies to go through that every couple of months. They will eat a lot more, sometimes sleep less for awhile, then they might get a bit cranky and sleep more, then even have a drop in appetite for a bit. All this craziness usually occurs over a 1-2 week period and right when you think something is wrong withyour child it all goes back to normal.

My daughter will be 4 months on 27th ,and I am going through the exact same thing ! She goes to bed around 9 ,and then up every 2 - 3 hours all night long eating 4 - 7 oz 's . Usually she would have her last bottle around 12 ,and sleep till about 8 0r 9 the next morning . I have just started her on rice cereal the last 3 days ,and Im waiting to see a difference in her appetite . So far it hasnt worked .

That is normal. She is nearing the point where she is no longer going to be satisfied with just milk, and will be ready for "real food". Talk to your doctor. She may be ready now for you to add just a tiny bit of rice baby cereal into her last bottle before bed. It will stay in her stomach longer and she will sleep longer without getting hungry.

Very normal. Sometimes your child will be much more active during growth spurts, other times they will want to sleep, but most every time they will be extra hungry. :) My son did the same thing and it lasted for about 2 weeks for that growth spurt.
