My baby is almost eight months old and everytime you walk out of the room she screams like there is no tomorrow until you come back in..... Any tips?

She's ten months old. Sometimes I can change it peacefully but most of the time, it's a struggle. I heard that this is normal. Is it? And how long will it last?

I am 246 pounds. I am five weeks pregnant. I was 240.. is it normal to gain 6 pounds the first month?

Anyway, sorry, just someone please reassure me that the doctors have seen women my size.. The thing is, Im 5'9" and a size 15 pants. I dont seem to weigh as much as I do..
I'm not super HUGE, I dont think...
Is it still possible to have a healthy pregnancy?

Baby number 3...

Ok- I was supposed to start a new pill pack June 10th. I only took 3, then we decided I wouldn't take them anymore. So my last pill was on the 12th. The 10th-the 12th were the only days I took it this month. A few days later, I had a 2 day period of bright red bleeding. One more week went by, and I had a "wipe" of pink one time. Throughout this month, we have had unprotected sex. I tested positive last night, but had several negatives within the last few weeks (also battled a fierce UTI up until this week)..... When calculating the due date, which date would be considered the first day of my last period? Is it more complicated than that considering the circumstances? Thank you!

4 thumbs down? what chance will that baby have to grow up with a dead beat father and a 14 year old girl who barely got her period 1 to 2 years earlier? I don't think how heart wrenching it would be for her to give it up to a stable home, all I think about is that baby's future.

Have any of you taken Soy Isoflavone to cause/increase ovualtion? If so how much/how often did you take it? What side-effects did you experience? Do you have to take it at the beggining of your cycle or can you start it at anytime? Any stories and/or experiences would be so apperciated!

Additional Info about me: In the past 3 cycles 2 of mine have been anniovulatory and those same to have been long.

My nine year old daughter is highly gifted yet VERY impulsive. She does things like hits or yells at people when she does not get her way. She gets with her friends and starts to run around and disobey me. She has gotten in trouble at school for drawing pictures of other children burning in hell. She is very jealous for her sister and can be just nasty to others. She can be really sweet at times but those times are becoming rare. She has always been a spirted child but this is getting to be something I find very hard to deal with. She has terrible anxiety issues ( washing her hands 50 times a day, sleep problems, feelings of eminent doom). She has an appointment with the pediatrian in a couple of weeks to discuss these issues (I am leaning towards ADD although is has no attention issues nor is she a struggling student...maybe she is just bored. I also know young hormones may be involved. Does anyone have any advise, serious answers olny.

I really don't want to hurt his feelings. It is his first child. He is Mexican and I am Puerto Rican. I want a nice name in Spanish and he is all for this strange name of Mayan heritage or something like that. I am sorry but I only speak English and Spanish and I am not going to give my child a name I cant even pronounce.

Okay so today my brother asked me what a tampon was. He is 11, almost 12. I wasnt sure weather i should tell him or not so i just told him it was a girly thing. If a young, plus-sized, married woman goes shopping with her mother and her mother suggests looking through and trying on a “maternity” clothing item, is it because she is trying to support (without upsetting) her plus-sized daughter or because she is expecting/hoping for a grandchild?

i had my period the 7th and it ended the 11 or 12.. i had sex saturday sunday monday tuesday and wednesday, and he didnt pull out any of those times...my mom said shes doesnt think im pregnant since by that time my period just end...but i dont know if there might be a chance?

My period started 6/02/2007 & ended on 6/07/2007. I was raped on 6/08/2007. Not sure if attacker used condom. My estimated conception date from the due date calculater online says my conception date is most likely around 6/17/2007. In which I did have intercourse w/ my husband & he did ejaculate inside me around that day. Could I have gotten pregnant from my attacker the day after my period ended? Is it more likely my husband is the father?

Are you tired of people judging you harshly as a parent if your child decides to go out there and do foolish things?

I know people always say the child is a reflection of their parent.
I strongly disagree. After a certain age, despite what you've show/taught your child to the best of your ability, they still have the God given "free will" like the rest of us.
So it is very possible that they can disobey everything you've ever taught them and still do wrong. I agree totally that some people should never have kids, because they have horrible parenting skills.

Sometimes even those children with horrible parents turn out ok.
But society in general is always quick to judge the parents based on the childs actions, and that's not always the reality.

what do you think?

U had my baby 45 days ago and am still bleeding, the doctor said to just wait it out. But I am wondering how long till everyone else stopped bleeding. I have also been on birth control for almost a month.

I'm gonna be a freshman this year and I'm all spazzed that it's gonna be really hard and the upperclass people are going to be really bad this year. The main thing I'm worried about is my courses. I'm taking:

Pre-ap geography
Honors World History
Pre-ap english
Pre-ap biology
Choir
Foundations (some p.e/health class)
Spanish 2

How are these classes??? I'm not too worried about choir i've been in it already for about 3 years and foundations should be a lot of fun but English and Biology have me concerned...

i'm going to my doctor tomorrow but i just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows if this is normal...

i just found out last monday (13 dpo) that I am pregnant with baby #1 :) And I tested every day to see if the line was getting darker (which it was)

So I'm still in very early pregnancy you see.

Anyway, last night I was woken up with cramps that felt like strong menstrual cramps... and this morning I was dizzy, VERY naseuated (on the verge of throwing up all day).. i didn't have too much cramps throughout the day...

no bleeding or anything, is this normal? i've heard severe cramping with bleeding can be an early sign of miscarriage :( but I've also heard its normal

also, shouldn't i be too early in pregnancy to feel this?
