Could u have remaining hcg levels after giving birth 2 months ago that would make a home pregnancy test positive?

nope those hormones are long gone within the first week after delivery your pregnant again get to the doctor to confirm

yes they can! after i had ds i would not stop bleeding so i was given meds to make it stop. because of the meds i did not start again when i should have. i took 3 tests all +++++ i cant tell you how much i sat up crying i had a 3 month old i couldnt have another baby already! ended up at the dr n he said the tests were just + because i still had hormones in may system and i wasnt pg afterall what a relief. i believe your hcg levels are basically non-existant after six weeks after delivery.
if i were you, i'd set up an appt with the doctor to get a blood test. :)
