Its always a question with teens. Whats in your openion and experience is right? While answering, please recall the goods and bads equally from both the sides.

For me I trusted my parents more till my marriage and after marriage, my parents trust my husband a lot and me too.

My father has not been a part of my life since I was 8, I'm now 25. Luckily my mom didn't give me his last name but his name is on the birth certificate. Other than white out, can I legally have his name removed??? I was born in Los Angeles if that makes any difference.

You know the stuff that parents keep in the house to make the children vomit incase their child ingest something poisonous. I’ve read that doctors are recommending against using it. Not to mention some parents have abused it in cases of child abuse.

I took a pregnancy test (over the counter) because my period is now about 5 days late. I have been off the pill for about a month now and I know that that could cause it to be irregular for about 6 months. But I am wondering if my test could have been a false negative from too much liquid from the test. I drank some water a while before, then about a half hour before I took it I drank about maybe 9 oz. I am just wondering if this could have resulted in an incorrect answer. How much liquid is too much before you take a test? I am also worried because on monday the 23th I am having a minor surgery, but I will need to take some medication to help me calm down and be less stressed and anxious. I am scared that if I am pregnant and they give me this medicine, that it will hurt the baby. Please only answer if you truly want to help and have advice that is backed up.

She has just started going on the potty a couple a weeks ago, in the morning she wakes up dry and goes potty when you put her on there. However the rest of the day she seems to hold it rather than go on the potty, but if i put her in proper knickers instead of pull ups she wees in her pants. Today she went on the potty in the morning then later had and accident in her knickers, then after her nap i put her on the potty, she sat there for twenty minutes without going. I let her up and within 5 minutes she went in her knickers. Though if i had pull ups on she would of held for hours and hours to the point i would rather her go back to nappies than hold for so long because holding for to long cant be good.

My friend claims her mother told her that when she (the daughter) was born, then doctors did something to the baby girl "down there" and her mother heard a popping. When she asked them what they'd done, supposedly the doctors told her they were making it so her baby girl could have a baby one day. I tried to tell my friend that they don't pop anything on a baby girl's vagina to enable her to reproduce in the future, but she swears her mother told her this and it is true. Am I missing something, or was her mother just on some GOOD drugs in labor and delivery?

Is it normal for new moms not to love their baby right away? My friend had a daughter she said she only wanted all boys. She called her mom and told her mom to come get her baby because she didnt want it because it was a girl.

I'm 8 months pregnant, fatigued and sore all the time. I can't bend over and pick things up easily. My feet swell twice their normal size if I stand for an hour. My house isn't a pigsty; I just have a bunch of junk in this one bedroom I've been using to store everything because I don't really have anywhere to put it. Most of it is stuff I'm getting rid of to make room for the baby.

My mom has been out of state for a few months and she's kind of snobby so I want everything to look nice when she gets here so she's not complaining and whatnot. I'm a procrastinator and have put this off until the last minute because I'm overwhelmed by this project when I also have to cook, clean, do laundry etc. everyday and it takes me forever to do things now and I'm exhausted and sore afterwards because I'm so big and close to delivering the baby.

Any tips on how I can get some energy and not wear myself out like herbal teas, energy drinks, vitamins or whatever and also how I can go about organizing and cleaning the easiest and fastest way? Should I make a list of what needs to be done and a schedule for when I’ll do it for the next 2 days?

I'm 29 yrs old this yr & my hubby is 34yrs old...We've been married coming to 4mths now. My hubby is working night shift (12hrs).. Usually he's always tired & will sleep the whole day on his off day...Even though my working hours are flexible as m doing insurance, sometimes our schedules clashes with each other. It doesn't help that we are also in the midst of shifting house & going through a major setback in our life rite now. However, we truly want to try for a baby. A friend recommended to eat folic acid for 2 mths. Though m not too sure how effective this is..

My wife and I found out 2 days ago that we are pregnant with our second child. Our daughter will be a 1yr in the beginning of August. Having a 2nd child is something we both wanted but last night the two us ended up staying up a long time, talking and wondering about how much work a 2nd child may or not be, what it'll be like to have 2 babies instead of focusing on just one.
Is adding another child to the family a big stress factor?
