is it possible to get ur period and be pregnant i was alittle worried that i was preg. but i have gotten my period twice sence then as you can tell it was 2 monthes ago but someone told me that u can get ur period and be pregnant but everything i've read has said the oppisit. please is this possible to get ur period and still be preg.?

he throw temper tantrums to get attention or whenever we are not giving him what he wants when he wants it. it has started in the last couple of weeks and they are getting worse, the last one was because i was making his bottle and he started flayling (sp) and screaming and then he begain to cough and make himself throw up all in the space of two minutes, while i was holding him.

My little sister is such a mama's girl and when my mom tries to go out with her boyfriend and mom leaves her alone with me she mopes and cries sometimes almost to the point of throwing up. She's 6 years old and this behavior has me on my last nerve.

When she does this there is almost nothing I can do to make her stop unless I bribe her with the promise that she can call mom's cell phone. And when she's alone with me she won't leave me alone (not even to go to the bathroom)

How can I make her more independent?

i had my ultrasound at 28 weeks and baby was head down. i had one yesterday at 32 weeks and his head was at the top of my abd. he should be settling in the heads down position soon shouldnt he? when is it getting to late for him to turn. i know eventually they run out of room and cant turn.

My husband and I agreed tonight that we are going to start trying for baby number two! I'm so excited! At the same time, I'm nervous about it all! What are things to take into consideration? I did have two kids [one of which was my cousin who is temporarily gone--well I don't know what's going on there...long story] so other then the typical two kid things what do I need to look out for or forward to?

Okay well I know that this sounds strange, but my baby has like a "v" at the top of her butt crack just wondering if this is normal since she was preemie, or if it is maybe some kind of birth defect...she was born at 33 weeks, and was in the hospital for 3 weeks...the doctor never said anything about it, and I never thought anything of it until someone else saw it and asked about it

ok so i have been kinda having these cramps or pains not really sure what they are i dont think they are really in my belly but more like it feels like they are lower kinda like in my bikini line area what could this be kinda feels like a slight slight period cramp but not in my stomach lol its weird and its not real real painful, havent had my show or mucus plug hasnt came out

I just started back to work. Our 23 yr old niece is watching our kids 4yr and 10 month. When I came home Friday the baby was very fussy, didn't want to be on the ground, and was having trouble crawling. I gave her Tylenol coz I thought it was related to her teething. This was very unusual for her. 2 hrs later I asked the niece if the baby had fallen today. She said "Yes, she was playing with her brother in the living room; when pulling up to stand she fell back. I was in the kitchen preparing her formula."That was that. Next morning I ask the 4 yr old if his sister had fallen down and he says, "Yes, she fell off the bed. Susie (the niece) put her on the bed and told me to play with her. She moved back too far and fell off the bed." When I asked where Susie was when it happened he said "On the computer checking her e mail".
What would you do? We are fixing to confront her and I am ready to leave my job of 2 weeks to stay home with my baby. It's not worth it. I thot we could trust Susie

This is totally hypothetical. I just know that as a woman gets older her chances of having a baby with Downs grows. Is this the same situation for a man? IE: if the woman is in her late 20's buth the man in in his mid 40's what is their chance of having a child with Downs? Thanks

okk well im a 16 yo girl and is it normal for teens to drink at this age. my first time i actually got "drunk" was 8thgr and now ((during the summer)) i drink **to get drunk** 2-3x a week. do other teens out there do this? in my area im deffinatly not the only one but is it common? what are your views?

I keep thinking im actually in labor with the bh contractions cause they get really strong and i had some that lasted all day wed, thurs, fri, and this morning i thought i was actually in labor cause the contractions were really close and getting stronger. I'm soo confused and getting sad. My midwife told me im only dialated like a 1 1/2 and i still have some thinning to do. But why do these contractions get soo strong and wont go away if its not real labour?

Yesterday after 2 weeks of waiting to miscarry I had to have a D and C. To my surprise it was not nearly as terrible as I had expected.... until last night. My procedure went smoothly and I was out of the hospital less then an hour and a half after surgery. We even stopped to get something to eat on the way home. When I got home I felt ok just tired so I slept for a few hours. When I woke up my neck back shoulders and arms were so stiff and sore I could swear i'd been hit by a truck. A BIG ONE! Ive only had very minor cramping and very little bleeding but my upper body just plain hurts. I was told I would have a sore throat for a couple days and I have heard of alot of people getting shoulder pain after a general anestetic (sp?) but this seems extreme. Has any one else experianced this?
