i beleive i am only about 4.5 5 weeks into my pregnancy and i feel like my stomach is becoming a little firmer. and my back is killing me and i have bad abdominal cramps..also, if u go to plan parenthood for a pregnancy test(to just check and make sure one more time) what do they exactly do and tell you while u are there?

the cramping and fullenss are normal, your uterus is growing, the blood flow to your uterus is increasing and you digestive system is slowing down. If you go to planned parenthood or a county clinic they will do a test to see if you are pregnant, ask you if you need to apply for medicaid and if you want to terminate the pregnancy they will give you a reference to a clinic.

If you even think you might be pregnant please start taking prenatal vitamins immediately especially folic acid to prevent birth defects. It's very important especially very early on in pregnancy.

they will give you a pregnancy test-weigh you, check your blood sugar, take some blood, set you up with wic and set you up with medicaid if applicable
