Crackers are great for morning sickness. For some reason, they really do work. Also, if you're vomiting a lot and nothing helps, your doctor can prescribe something like Zofran for you. With my first pregnancy, I vomited so much that I lost 21 pounds in my first trimester. However, after being given Zofran, I quit vomiting almost completely.

I tried everything when I had it everyday. The only thing that ever helped was Zofran, a medication from my doctor. Got rid of the sickness & had none of the normal side effects you'd imagine. I felt better & could function perfectly.

What works pretty good is ginger ale to drink (like Vernor's or Canada Dry). Saltine Crackers to nibble on and drink water too. You can also ask your doctor for some suggestions if you are getting more concerned :-). Good Luck!

For the first few weeks when I was sick it was sprite and saltines for me. It didn't take it away completely but it seemed to help enough to be tolerable.
