is it possible to get ur period and be pregnant i was alittle worried that i was preg. but i have gotten my period twice sence then as you can tell it was 2 monthes ago but someone told me that u can get ur period and be pregnant but everything i've read has said the oppisit. please is this possible to get ur period and still be preg.?

Yes, it is possible...and really not as uncommon as people think it is. I had a period with both of my kids, and it was not lighter or just spotting. It was a regular period like I always had. But, I was still pregnant both times. I only had it the first month though, after that they stopped. But, I know several people who had a regular period the first couple of months of their pregnancy, and one who had her regular period all the way through her period. So, if you still think that you are pregnant even though you have had 2 periods, go buy a test. That will be the only way to know for sure. Good luck

I don't think your pregnant. Some people do have spotting but it is not like a full blown period. If you have had two normal periods like you usually have (not lighter or shorter) you are not pregnant. Usually if you are pregnant and have period-like bleeding, it is the start of a miscarriage. If you are still unsure...take a test It's been long enough that you would get an an accurate answer.

No if you have had your period, twice now, then no you are not pregnant. If you had had some bleeding during the 1st month after you had sex but it was not as heavy or as long then it was not your period, and you may have been. However, if you have had 2 then you are in the clear and are not pregnant. Whew I bet you feel relieved. Just be careful in the future! Sorry I don't mean to sound like your dad.

It is possible but not that common. Spotting is much more common. If you want to ease your mind, get one of the dollar store tests and take it. If it's negative then you're most likely not pregnant but it is possible to get a false negative if your body isn't releasing enough HCG through your urine but again, not as common a problem. i had periods the 1st 2 mnts i didnt think i was preg. but i was... so take a test and find out

Becca, it is possible, but not probable. While strange things do happen, it's very rare. Go to Planned Parenthood for help.

it is possible but very uncommon. It can also happen sometimes like to my sister when she was preggers that she was bleeding becuase she was doing too much activites... (her job required her to walk a lot of steps everyday.)
