Hello, What are some pregnancy symptoms people often don't mention, or talk about ? What were your first symptoms when you became pregnant?

OKAY-this may be gross...but my discharge changed. It was thick and white when it used to be thin and clear before I got pregnant---my doc said that's normal.

I highly recommend reading Jenny McCarthy's book, "Belly Laughs" (you'll find out what blue twinkies are, and SO much more). She's extremely blunt about all the pregnancy nasties we encounter, but it's done in such a funny way. I laughed out loud a lot during that book, especially since those things were happening to my body at the time.

Breast tenderness was my first sign, if it hadn't been for that, I could have gone a couple more months without knowing. However, pregnancy signs differ with everyone, be patient, wait a couple weeks and test. Hard to do I know, but it's the only way to know for sure! GOOD LUCK!

No one warned me about gas. I had really bad gas pains for about the first 3 months. I couldn't take it and asked my Dr. if I could use an over the counter gas pill. He said I could and boy did it help.

Get Jenny McCarthy's book Belly Laughs...it's so funny and tells you about EVERYTHING...I laughed so hard while reading the book I peed my pants. It really was my favorite book. She also has another one called Baby Laughs...it's all about the first year of having a baby...that one is great too!!

My first symptoms was mostly nausea.
Bodily changes I experienced during my pregnancies but was never told about were sore breasts, hiccuping fetus keeping me awake at night, a strange dark line appeared from my navel to my pubic area, hyper-acne, super-emotional, and my hands got so puffy I couldn't wear my wedding ring on my finger so I wore it on a chain around my neck.

I puked all the time for 7 months LOL but most woman it stops at 3 months. I got a zits way more, discharge changes,boobs hurt really bad, I could not poop, or would be oppsite!! I was wanting sex way more LOL Nipples change colors a bit,nails grew quicker.

Breasts get really sore and tender, a bit swollen too right away.
Some people experiance extreme changes in their sex drives, many have a higher sex drive while pregnant and others have alow sex drive.

I was sleepy, couldnt eat anything but crackers and water for the first 3 months, and my boobs were really sore.

Your nipples get darker and your body is usually pretty wacko. Lots of gas and pooh issues. Also very very tired!!
