To have a runny motion after her medicine means that she is not tolerating it very well. Tell her doctor. S/He might need to change the kind of medicine, and should tell you whether or not she should have it again. Sometimes this can make the little one very sick, so tell the doctor as soon as possible.
If she gets worse take her to the hospital, and tell them what medicine she's on. Take the bottle with you.
She might be allergic to it. Sometimes it can get worse each time they have it, making matters worse and not better.

Is your daughter taking an anti-biotic? Most anti-biotics cause loose bowel movements in young children and infants. It should clear up once she no longer takes the medication.
