My period started 6/02/2007 & ended on 6/07/2007. I was raped on 6/08/2007. Not sure if attacker used condom. My estimated conception date from the due date calculater online says my conception date is most likely around 6/17/2007. In which I did have intercourse w/ my husband & he did ejaculate inside me around that day. Could I have gotten pregnant from my attacker the day after my period ended? Is it more likely my husband is the father?

My period started 6/2/07 & ended 6/7/07. I was raped while walking on the beach at night the following day.
My estimated conception date is 6/17/07, in which I did have intercourse w/ my husband around that time. I don't know if my attacker used a condom. Please know, I did not cheat, I was raped. After the ordeal, I called my husband & he met me w/ the police on the beach. B/c I was so upset, I decided to not go to the hospital & my husband agreed their was no way I could've gotten pregnant since it was the day after my period ended. We have found my attacker from the state predator list & charges have been filed. Although, my husband is planning on taking a baseball bat to him very soon. So please don't respond to this w/ comments about me being cheater, like some of you have! It's very hurtful & not true. The only reason I was able to have sex w/ my husband was b/c a therapist put me on xanax & zoloft. It was a very unpleasant love making experience.

More likely it's your husband's baby. If your periods are regular, usually you're ovulating approximately 14 days after your period ends. Since you were attacked the day following your period, it's likely that your attacker didn't father your baby. I'm sorry you had to endure that, I'll keep you in my prayers. Good luck to you & your husband. 2D

I am truly sorry you were raped. The important question here is will you raise the baby and will your husband as his own if it is the attackers? If the answer to that is yes you will both love the baby and not care then I wouldnt bother even finding out. If the answer is no then you may want a paternity test and consider adoption. There is nothing you can really do as far as finding out now but 2 weeks is almost enough to guarentee your husband is the father. Whatever your decision good luck and god bless you

im very sorry you have been through this i was raped when i was 15 and my then boyfriend used it against me to sleep with me and i fell pregnant with my son and i often used to wonder if the bastard who hurt me was the father but i worked out my dates and im so pleased to say he wasnt

if it was the day after your period ended then theres no way hes the father and as you had intercourse around 6/17/07 then i think its your husbands baby infact i would bet my life on it you know your own body and how it works.

i hope you get over this and have a beautiful baby

First off, I'm so sorry you're going through this! According to the "rules" of ovulation the baby is most likely your husbands. But, go get an ultrasound immediately. The earlier the ultrasound the more accurate they are at dating the pregnancy. A few weeks difference can be seen on the very early ultrasounds. So get that ultrasound girl...and I wish you all the best!

Most likely your husband is the father. If you still are not sure you can have a DNA test done after the baby is born and if it is not his you have to decide whether or not that you can raise the child of a rapist or give the baby to someone that cannot have children.

this must be really hard for you. From what you say it seems like the baby is your husbands. I dont want to sound like i am judging you but when you reported it didnt they offer you the morning after pill ? I know they can do a DNA test on the fetus but there is an increased risk of miscarriage. I hope you talked to your doctor about this and he/she counseled you on your testing options and probabilities.
Good luck and i really hope everything works out for you.

anything's possible, but from the dates it sounds more like it's your husband's baby. you need to get checked for std's too if you haven't already because of the rape. i hate to hear that you had to go through that, it's tough but just hang in there, and you can always have a dna test run when the baby's born to be sure, but i still think it's your husband's.

its more likely that your husband is; however its still possible to be your attacker. normally, sperm only lasts inside you for upto 5 days; BUT not everyone ovulates the same time out of their cycle; most calculators go off the average cycle. im so sorry to hear that happened to you; i would get a dna test to be 100% sure though. good luck to you!

Did you report your rape? If you did did they give you the morning after pill? If they did then chances are the baby belongs to your husband. If you didn't report it and didn't get the morning after pill it could go either way. Good luck either way.
