I am watching my niece and I put her down for a nap around 3-3:30 and it is now a quarter till 7 and she has been sleeping this whole time about 3-3 and a half hours. Is this normal?

My 5 month old baby girl constantly has a fungal infection on her neck, chest, and chin. She has occasionally had them on her bottom, but they do go away there. I have taken her to the pediatrician twice, and she was prescribed a cream the first time and then nystatin powder the second time. The rash may go away for a day or two, but then it comes back. I was reading that people with diabetes get a lot of yeast infections due to the sugar. Could this be my baby's problem?

A couple of my friends came to with this concern about there teenaged boys and I was really surprized by it....
They said there boys even like to wear diapers-goodnites to school sometimes...And most of all sleepovers and none of there boys are bedwetters as far as any of them know...
Two of my closer friends even said there boys sometimes have friends come over and play ps3 and they only wear there diapers and sometimes a t-shirt while playing there games...
The other parents said that they are very very worried there kids are gay because this is only a boy thing and they asked there teenaged boys who changes there diapers and they said they always change each others diapers and sometimes if they have to they even bath together to...
I am about 999% sure this is not a up and coming phase for "normal" teenaged boys to want to wear diapers...
But then again all teenagers are wierd and not really normal in anyway...
Please help me with this and if this is normal please get me some info..

i took 4 pregnancy test and they all said positive but just a couple weeeks ago i had a clear like jelly fall out of me and then a few days ago i had a bean like clear on the outside and blood in the inside can some one tell if that is normal? or what it is and if ive had a miscarraige or just normal.

I'm 17 weeks Pregnant. My second ultrasound which will determine my babies sex is not 'till another 2 wks. But I'm already eager to know! I've heard that if its a boy his heart should beat faster and stronger then if it were a girl. Is that a fact or just a myth?

I know I'm thinking ahead of myself, but since people think I don't know any better & that I'm crazy, they think I don't deserve any kids. I'll be 24 next month & I already have my college degree. This scenario has happened to me with my nieces & nephews, & I'm just wondering, "What if this happened with my own kids & how should I deal with it?" If I had a 1-yr. old baby who was the type to always throw temper tantrums & try to squirm out of my arms in public because he wants to run in the street & I stop him, & some stranger comes & tells me, "Leave him alone!"

Now who is a complete stranger to tell you to leave your own kid alone & then threaten to call CPS on you, saying you're bothering your OWN kid who YOU carried for 9 months, especially if you're trying to save your kid from danger?

That scenario has happened to me with my own nieces & nephews.

What should I do in this situation?

I went to my Dr today and told him that I always feel like I have to go pee, but when I sit down to go, only a little comes out. Im also having tons of braxton hicks every day. They tested my urine today and didnt mention I had any problem, but the Dr prescribed me a Z-Pack "just in case" he said. Then told me the peeing problem was from the baby putting pressure on my bladder. Well, I dont want to take anything if I dont have to. He was rushing me out of there today and I hardly could get a word out. He just said to take the meds and if my contractions or bladder feel worse, then call. I have no burning or irritation, etc. Im 31 weeks...has anyone had this happen or had their Dr prescribe something and rushing you out?

rite just 2day after i woke up i done a bowel movement(i know didnt want 2 know but stating it incase it may be related)

My husband and I are expecting our first child and unable to agree on this issue. I am a pretty private person and would like to have only my husband and my mother in the room during labor and delivery and atleast 30mins to and hour to ourselves with the baby before family shows up to visit. I would like to keep everyone up to date via phone calls but I would like some privacy before the rush of visitors (we both have a lot of family in town) Is it inconsiderate to leave out his family (and most of mine I might add) during labor and delivery as he suggests (i.e. his parents) since this will be the first grandchild/nephew on his side?

i got a phone call from a friend i haven't see in forevery. she asked me to sleep over to talk and stuff. i went over to her house. we were talking and stuff. went the the mall .later that night. it was bed time. her mom said we could go to bed when ever. her dad told us to be alittle quiter 3 times. we did. then her dad came in he was really mad. i think its caz i was alittle loud. he was yelling at us. i was like. "okay. we get it. were sorry. kay? were be qutie" her dad was like. "no u guys wont. now i'll give u a resone to talk so loud." and then he pulled my friend over his lap and spanked her. then spanked me next. it wasn't over our pants he pulled down everything. he was leaveing .i started to rub and then he came back over ,put me over his lap again! i'm not his little girl! i'm 15. my friend is 16. later that night she was crying. i was feeling so bad for her. i was crying to... I gained 38 lbs. and lost it all after giving birth 11 days ago. I have no appetite whatsoever and have insomnia. Im not breastfeeding either. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? And should I be concerned?

Okay...I've been so stupid and naive!!!
But plz don't judge me...just help me...
Okay well I has started going out with this new guy who had a girlfriend but he didn't want 2 b with her...so she's gone, n I become his girl...knowing that he HAS NO Sti's...I have sex with him once on the day of my last period last Monday but he pulled out but he had metioned that he could have came a little in me...so 2 days later we have sex and he comes in me but I take Plan B the next day.
The thing is, we were going to be together and move into our own place so if I got pregnant I didn't think much of it...I know it's stupid so plz don't say ne.thing...
Well I've taken plan b before but I never had nausea from it and so here I am Monday wondering if I'm pregnant because I'm so nauseated. But the thing is, he doesn't know how I feel right now and turns out he's gonna try n "make it work" with the other girl because she's pregnant!!

only answer if you have had them before! i need a detailed explanation of what braxton hicks feels like, not the textbook doctors exuse! my "male" obgyn has already told me that they feel like period cramps, but i'm sure theres more to it then that so i want to know if what i am feeling is braxton hicks or something else!!! i am 27 weeks but i read that they start around 9 weeks but you dont feel them and no one has told me when you start to feel them either!!!!

Not sure if this is unusual or not...or if it's anything worth noticing even. I know a young boy he can't keep his hands away from his face. Is it normal for children to pick at their faces? Could it mean anything? It just struck me as odd. He also holds his thumbs out very often, like he's looking for a ride or something. Are these just unusual habits or what? It's not troublesome or anything, just curious behavior to me.

The condom broke during sex and 14 days later we tested to see if she was pregnant since she had yet to have her period. The test was negative but she still didnt have her period by monday so she went to the doctor. She said the doctor test came up positive. I wasnt present and I dont trust her. She is under a lot of stress and lonely. I know its wrong but I think she is trying to pull the old "keep-a-man baby."
