i got a phone call from a friend i haven't see in forevery. she asked me to sleep over to talk and stuff. i went over to her house. we were talking and stuff. went the the mall .later that night. it was bed time. her mom said we could go to bed when ever. her dad told us to be alittle quiter 3 times. we did. then her dad came in he was really mad. i think its caz i was alittle loud. he was yelling at us. i was like. "okay. we get it. were sorry. kay? were be qutie" her dad was like. the next moring. i wanted to talk to her dad. i did. i asked him why. then i was getting mad caz he was like. "you and her were being brats. you guys needed the spankings." i told him off. i was really up front with it. he was like. I think your first spanking was fair. Even though your friend's mom told you you could stay up late, you were making noise and the dad told you three times to be quieter. You didn't listen so you got punished. That's fair.
The second spanking. I'm not sure. Maybe he thought he didn't give you enough the first time around and you needed more spanks for the lesson to sink in.
The third spanking the next morning. Based on what you said, probably not fair. Sometimes parents don't want to listen to teens and that's not fair at all. Teens have good things to say. Possible problem - teens often say things with a bad tone of voice and 'attitude' - they often don't listen to reason either and don't know when to stop. IF that is what happened - you had that bad tone of voice and kept arguing when you should have just stopped.... well then the third one was fair.

Well you were in his house, you wouldnt shut up when he was trying to sleep. He asked you 3 times and you yourself said you were still too loud. Let me ask you something. After he spanked you, did you guys get quiet quickly and remain quiet for the rest of the night? It sounds like you did, in which case i don't see the problem with it. Yes at your age its not a usual thing, but you can't claim to be too mature for spankings, then be too imature to be quiet at night. It's not hard to speak quietly.
Also, am i the only one here that would respect the fact that it was not my house? If somebody else's dad didn't want me around and told me to leave him alone, i would. Common sense.

I'm sorry but your friend's dad had no right to do that. It is concidered child battery/abuse (not his child) and he didn't have permission to disipline that way. He could also get a charge for molestation since it was on your bare butt. Your father has every right to be furious and let him call the police. This is a serious matter. Plus, what if her father hurts her more when you are not there? Please protect yourself!

If I were your parents, you wouldn't be staying there anymore, unless I gave the dad permission to discipline, but definitely not pull everything down. Other than that, I would rather hear both sides of the story.

IF things happened as you describe, then the guy is guilty, at best, of common assault or, at worse, a sex attack.
Tell the police, so that he can end up where he deserves - prision.
As other prisioners have a low regard for attackers of young women, his life inside will be the living hell he richly deserves.

Your dad should call the police, that's child abuse on both counts and sexual assualt I think. A man other than your doctor shouldn't look at any part of your anatomy that isn't covered by a bra and panties.
