i'm in alot of pain right now and i just had a bloody mucus come out of me could someone tell me what that could be

Sounds like it could be your mucous plug/bloody show. You may go into labor pretty soon. I would get it checked out, especially if you think you are having contractions. How far along are you? Good luck!

Do you know you're pregnant? If so I would think miscarriage. If you are at the end of pregnancy, I would say it is your mucus plug. If you think it might be miscarriage, I would call your doctor right away.

If you're pregnant and after about 30 weeks, then it sounds like you lost your mucous plug. Nothing to worry about though, people can lose it and not go into labor for weeks. You should call your doctor though just to make sure that that is what it is.
