Yes, paracetamol is safe for breastfeeding, just be sure not to exceed the recommended dose.

take an advil or tylenol PILL, it doesn't pass through the milk and won't hurt the baby if it's not coated.

call your doctor or emergency center and ask them but i doubt it. tylenol should be the only thing you should be allowed to take
