I have used Soy isoflavones to induce ovulation. I don't normally ovulate on my own and I've used clomid many times in the past. Sometimes I O on clomid, sometimes I didn't. So I tried soy. It has made me O every time I have taken it. The first time I took it was when I was very far in my cycle, like day 40 or something--I o'd. The next time I took it on cycle days 5-9 and O'd again. At walmart they sell it and it comes in 40mg tabs. You should start at 2 40mgs pills per day, taken together, right before bed. It did give me a headache but not terrible. And be sure you only take it for 5 days and then stop and you should O within a week or two.
